So this is not in regards to the food because I have yet to try it. I’m 7 months pregnant so food is very important to me. I was scrolling down DoorDash when I find this amazing looking chicken sandwich that I just had to have. I was even more excited that I could get hot honey on this sandwich with a side of fries. I created my order, paid my money, checked the delivery time, and 30 minutes later my order was cancelled. I figured the driver may have canceled because of the distance. So pregnant and almost crying, I went out and got food since my husband was at work. The next day while I was at work, and much closer to this establishment, I tried to order again, and guess what, canceled! So, I figured it was something with DoorDash. I go to the website, and I was so happy to see I could order delivery online on the website. So I ordered, paid for my order, and in about 10 minutes, you guessed it, canceled! Finally I called, and was told they aren’t accepting take out orders, because they are busy in house. I was stunned. It would have been nice to know the first time l, at the first $25 transaction. Now I have &75 dollars held by the bank, and a hungry baby inside my belly, when 1of the 3 cancellations could have informed me that they were no longer delivering. Maybe one day I will be able to leave a good review on the food, and in house service but this delivery issue is a huge inconvenience, and someone needs to set up a responding email, or take your online ordering off of...
Read moreThe good: local food that was tasty. The burger was better than the wrap, which was alright. Fries and rings were nice. Food is a bit expensive though. Our server was cheerful and tried his best, though he must have been strained because of how busy the place was. The bad: I was very excited to finally try this place out but was thoroughly disappointed. The food was average and came out cold, after we waited no less than an hour after our meal... we were starving by the time it arrived and they could have at least brought out the fries so we can snack on them while we waited. They were busy and our server was the bartender (who was very nice and trying his best), who had to come across the room to serve us. Anyway, we ended up sending the burger back because it was cold. Actually the entire meal was room temperature at best. Didn't want to bother sending back the wrap or fries because it would increase the wait. Plus, we were starving. The new burger arrived 15 min later. Overall, throughly disappointed. The entire dinner took an hour and a half for two people. We saw tables of four sit, order, and eat faster than we could. We were hoping to see a movie after dinner but had to scratch those plans because the meal was too long. Thank goodness we didn't preorder tickets. Maybe the experience would be different on a different day? I don't know; if you go on a Friday night...
Read moreI would like to be very clear that my issue is NOT with the fact the business was understaffed. My issue is with the poor service and the rude employees. The three of us sat at the bar, with only one other customer. The rest of the bar, began to fill and the bartender served every single person at the bar except for us. There was no greeting, no beverage offer and absolutely no acknowledgement. We had to flag the bartender down to ask for water. At this point it had been 30 minutes. We explained, calmly, to the bartender that we ordered our food online because he took so long to even offer us a drink. He then told us to ‘just go to the back’ to get our orders that we placed. No apology, no realizing that we were treated poorly and not trying to rectify the situation. There is absolutely no reason anyone should sit at a bar for 30 minutes and not even get a greeting from the employee. We are now almost at an hour and not one employee has offered to check in on our order, even though it was supposed to ready 20 minutes ago. They all just keep storming past us. We were treated so poorly by all employees today, that I will most definitely not return. It was definitely giving racist vibes and I can not and will not support this business...
