This arena was the worst one my boyfriend and I have ever been to. The arena allows you to bring smaller purses, which I did, but it wasn’t small enough to fit in the basket (which ok no problem) I was told I could rent a locker by every single employee before I got in to the venue and mind you we arrived at the time the arena opened and when we went inside, the employees told me the lockers were sold out. This really upset me as I was mis informed by every single employee before arriving in the arena and then after all of that, my boyfriend had to take my purse all the way back to our car. Either you make a bag policy and stick with it or have a no bag policy at all, completely ridiculous and again the only arena I’ve ever entered with the most ridiculous bag policy I’ve ever seen. Secondly, we get in finally after 45 mins, and go to get food. We chose the food by our section, 118, skyline restaurant, and the food was absolutely poor. I have received better food from fast food places. The literal worst food at an arena I’ve ever had. The worst part is I know that arena food can be expensive which is no problem but I was quite upset because we had spend $50 on food when it was clearly way below even average. Totally gross. After finally getting to our seats, which we had no help from any ushers by the way because literally I couldn’t find anyone around to help us, we were seated. The entire event was again the worst experience for us. The entire time, security was walking up and down yelling at people about their phones but yet didn’t say a word to people who were being completely obnoxious and disrespectful the entire show. We could barely hear Matt Rife over the amount of people that were talking and yelling the entire show… and I mean literally from start to finish. Security never said a single thing to any of those people which is completely ridiculous. After the show and going back to our hotel, I ended up becoming very ill and ended up getting food poisoning from the food at the arena. And if your wondering how I know it was specifically the arena food, I had next to nothing all day before we arrived at the arena. Obviously the burger was undercooked and cross contamination because I have never experienced food poisoning before yet all my symptoms were of that. From start to finish, this was overall the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Zero stars. From uninformed employees, to the disgraceful food to the unprofessionalism of security, we will never be returning. My boyfriend and I travel often and it’s very unfortunate that we spent so much money on tickets to have such a...
Read moreMy husband and I purchased tickets to see Deftones on March 29 2025. My husband was beyond excited for this show. Prior to the show starting, getting some drinks checking things out, he noticed there’s an old beaten up hockey stick and one bouquet of fake flowers just laying on the ground next to an old pop corn machine. No sign near it, not rope or tape blocking it off, just a hockey stick and fake flowers laying on the ground. So my husband, for whatever reason, decides to pick the hockey stick up. Before even making it back to our seats, we’re surrounded by 10 security guards and officers screaming at him and taking his picture and telling us we’re kicked out and to leave. They grab my husband and escort us out without allowing us to grab any of our belongings we brought in with us, nor the $30 t shirts we had just bought. We tried multiple times to ask what was going on, what he did wrong, if we could get our stuff and were given no answers. Eventually someone had let us know the hockey stick belonged to a hockey players son who had just passed recently… ok I understand, but why was it just laying on the ground? Why wasn’t there some sort of inclination not to mess with it? Why couldn’t security and the officers let us know that? Maybe even just give a warning like hey this is what that is in case you didn’t know (we’re not from the area nor do we watch hockey) please don’t touch it again. So after all of this, I decide to call the venue to figure out how to retrieve our things. I finally got through to someone who said she would send someone to our section to see if our things were still there and that she would be giving me a call back. I waited hours and never received that call. Never was able to retrieve our things. I called multiple times after that with no answer. Was an absolutely terrible experience, have never experienced something like that in our lives, and to have wasted $600+ for a show we couldn’t even watch because of some bullshit is definitely...
Read moreIt is really big and has tons of food options, which is great.... but there are some major flaws. The seats are waaaaay too narrow, and you have to get up and move out of the way to let anyone pass. I decided not to bring my service dog, which was a good choice, because there was absolutely no room for him, even though he's only 12lbs. We sat high up, and until the seats in front of us were filled, my husband and I both felt a sense of vertigo from a fear of heights, mostly because of there only being a bit of glass between the front seat and falling. If we had been in the main stadium, I think I would have had a better time. The game itself, as well as all of the fun activities between breaks, were very well done. My biggest issue was that the seating was small and annoying because of how narrow it was and lack of space around you.... clearly not designed for comfort, but to be Ble to fit as many people as possible in such a small area. Airplanes have more space than those seats. It wasn't great for someone like me with PTSD and anxiety, as I had no breathing room. If my 6'2" husband had not been there, I would not have been able to last long there from that fact alone.... even though I've had no problem at baseball and football games. My neighbor was practically sitting half on me because he was an older, not-fit dude. If my husband had not needed the aisle seat (which he originally got for me) because of how small the leg room was (he is a tall and broad guy), maybe it would have been better.... but again.... too...
