The only other time that I think of true craftsman ship and great service is this place! And with the recent closure of Mouton, where will non beer guzzling folks like myself go for a well thought out and in season cocktail, not a White Claw or PBR? Well this is the place. Don't come here expecting anything but the great menu of drinks with glassware, small bites, large tables and seating with bay windows for great conversation and vibes. Do not come here for loud broski chats or sorority shrill voice look at me tings. This is not the place for that and there are plenty of other places that appreciate that type of thing. Denmark has a unique take on the hipster cocktail bar. The bright colors and unique furniture, made even brighter by the floor to ceiling windows looking over high street, give the bar a fresh coffeehouse vibe. The split between bar seats, high tops, and cozy chairs offers a variety seating options perfect for any casual gathering. It's worth talking with the staff when ordering a drink since they love recommending new things to try. If you prefer to see what you're getting into, their menu contains an extensive list of classic cocktails as well as brand new house crafted concoctions. I had a great cocktail, so I asked for another round and then to close my tab. The server and I had a misunderstanding about what I had ordered, so my next drink never came. I went to the bar to inquire about the second drink - I said that I was not sure whether my tab (that I had closed) had the second drink or not. The man at the bar proceeded to scream at me in front of the entire bar for trying to con him out of a free drink, after I had clearly said that I was willing to pay for said drink.
