Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Columbus

I am a huge fan of Bellacino's pizza and have always had great service. This has been different. The last 2 times I have came here the service has been awful. Tonight we can in ordered our food. They brought everything but my wife's food. We asked about and she said she would be right back with it. It never came and my wife went to the counter. They told her they didn't make it but would right away. 20 mins later still no food and we were leaving. I walked up to the counter and asked to talk to the manager they told me they don't have a manager. I asked for the owners number. They gave me the wrong number so I went back in and was told that the owner has a life outside of this place. They refused to give me his real number. So I have called corporate. Waiting on a call back. Time before last I came in a hour before they were closing and was told I could order but it would be to go. Because they are not staying over. Nobody is over seeing the employees so good luck of you eat at...

This is the VERY BEST of eat in or carryout pizza, grinders (subs), salads, wings, etc you'll ever eat!! Their food is absolutely amazing, delicious with great taste, always FRESH ingredients, best portions, good reasonable prices, you'll see why. Never had an incorrect order, always get what you order, no mistakes, unheard of right? Orders are made quickly with abt 15-20 min wait even on their busiest times & days. Staff is welcoming, pleasant, friendly.& don't forget the TIP jar @ the counter!! They don't ask for it, don't expect it but if any place deserves it, it's this staff! Many repeat customers including us for years. If you're eating in, they'll bring your food to the table to you quickly. 1st time there and my steak sandwich was good. They arent organized when it comes to giving customers their order. They ask your name, place it on the receipt but dont use the info when your food is ready. They call out what you order which leads to errors when music is playing and people are talking. They almost mixed my order up but I noticed and gave it to the correct customer. Then next day someone I know got 2 chicken sandwiches( the half sandwiches is what he ordered). Another customer ordered 2 huge sandwiches and when they were done( they stated 2 chicken sandwiches done) causing the person I know to get the 2 huge sandwiches in error.
