We originally tried to place our order online but there were glitches preventing us from doing so. The online order system said delivery was 40 minutes. I called the store directly and was told the wait time was 2 hours. I ended up placing my order online after numerous attempts. Why did the store lie about the delivery time?! Maybe because they didn’t feel like taking additional orders..?? I received an email letting me know my pizza “just left the building”.... The pizza arrived 20 minutes late....and arrived cooled. We would have called to complain yet no one answered the phone the last time we called to get an eta. I was on hold with the store (for 6 minutes) during the time the pizza was delivered. When the driver arrived I asked him why the person who answered the phone quoted a different delivery time than what was mentioned online, in which he replied “online orders don’t take into account the number of delivery drivers”... Say what?!!?! How?! Why?! He then said the online order system isn’t accurate. We have received horrible customer service from this location numerous times. The employees lack common customer service, respect and credibility. We probably will be taking our business elsewhere from here on out.

The site kept crashing, promo codes were air optically being applied preventing me from ordering what I was trying order. We received our confirmation email and the time the food would be delivered. 10 minutes later, I received a text stating the time of the arrival and a map of how I could track our food. I checked it 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, and it said our order had been canceled. When I tried to call, there was no answer. There was no refund on our account. We had spent $55.00. I tried to call several more times, also called customer service. Customer service also tried to call, and they were hung up on from someone at the restaurant. We ended up going there ourselves. There were a bunch of door dash people waiting for orders, 2 customers behind us, there for the same issue! It was total chaos. One of the workers came out telling the DD people that their orders weren't ready and to cancel everyone's orders! The drivers all started to argue with him, and the worker told them to reorder their food. As you can see, it doesn't work. After being there 15 minutes, we were helped, I then received a call that my DD was at our house with our order, even though it still showed canceled. I asked for a full refund for the order, the hassle, and the fact we now had cold food on our porch. They wouldn't credit my card but gave me cash back. I rarely put reviews online but this is important.
We used to order frequently from this place but the last two times the staff can not either get the order right or get it done on time.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a pep hot honey and they forgot the honey, crazy.
Thought I would give them another chance. Last night ordered a pep hot pizza with side of marinara since they don't seem to put enough sauce on the pizza.
I call to order, goes to an AIBot, takes me about 2 min to get thru to someone, which btw can't hardly speak English and must be in India, had to repeat order multiple times.
Finally get the order placed, verified. I show up at the time they said, there are approximately 12 pizzas sitting on the counter with the oven overflowing with pizzas coming out and the pizzas are practically stacking up on each other in the oven.
I had to yell to get someone's attention since they had no idea I was waiting at the counter.
A girl comes out, I pay, she goes and looks for my order, brings out pizza, turns around and goes back in the kitchen.
I open the box not sure how long it had been sitting on the counter and she forgot the sauce. It took about 3 minutes to get her attention to bring me the sauce.
Get home, pizza is cold and overdone.
