Horrible... How do you run a restaurant with a few servers? Don't ask Chili's because they haven't figured it out yet. QR code system in place to order... Apparently this is to make the restaurant more efficient? 11 minutes to get a watered down drinks, which obviously sat on the bar station. But since we rarely saw our "server" it was hard to send back. 33 minutes to get Chips and Queso and a side of Fries. Yes! 33 minutes. And I probably wouldn't have ever gotten it if I did not get up and go into the kitchen to find someone who would even acknowledge my existence. In a "normal" restaurant, I would have just cancelled my order. But since it was ordered on the app, there was no way to cancel, and I must keep reiterating no "server" around to even help. I would like to say this was probably an isolated incident, however, looking at all the other tables around us, they seem to be having their own problems. Not just with getting food but with having other people's orders on their checks. After finally being able to talk to our "server," she was the only one complaining more than us. I asked for a manager and she rolled her eyes. I'm not sure if that meant the manager was incompetent or wasn't even there. With limited options that you have at CMH, good luck...
Read morePhotos of the menu included. Do not go here thinking the prices will be the same as your local chili's. The prices are higher, a lot higher on some of the items. Others it seems more minimal. Of most of my meals during my entire trip to Ohio this was the second most expensive. The margaritas were good, so were fajitas, and the egg rolls were okay. My problem isn't the price or the food but the lack of professionalism in the staff on duty. I have been in airport chili's that were far more crowded but they didn't want to be there, the took forever to wait on us, and there were many dirty tables. We decided to sit at the bar to get quicker?? service but it took her time to acknowledge us and finally get out order. The app took a long time to come out, but dinner was quicker. We were early for our flight so we were not in a time constraint but this would be a problem for other consumers. Read moreWorst service we've had in a long time. I can count the number of times on 1 hand that I've written a bad review. I usually go with the flow and can appreciate when a restaurant is busy, it can delay service times. But for me...poor customer service is never acceptable. Our server acted like he didn't even want to be there much less even try to feign some sort of friendliness. Took a while to even get him to come to take our order and based on that, we figured, let's make sure we have our order ready so we would could mitigate additional wait time. The food was decent although my "half pound" burger was definitely not half of a pound. I know this because I only make and grill half pound burgers at home weighed with a digital scale, and this patty was nothing close to that. We were polite and even friendly to the server but again, he didn't even seem to care and was almost rude. My wife is from Ohio and we fly into CMH often. I am sure we will never set foot in this place again. Couple other sit down options down...
