first time at chili’s and honestly i won’t be going back to this location. first we called regarding a reservation and they said they don’t take over the phone reservations but the wait is 20-30 to be seated. when we arrived we got seated instantly so we thought wow this is gonna be great no wait time anything. takes a whole 10 for our drinks to be ordered and come out. we followed our drink order with a appetizer, we got the 6pc mozzarella sticks two orders…15 mins goes by our waitress is everywhere but our table then proceeded to come back with no mozzarella sticks and tells us “ we don’t have anymore mozzarella sticks i’m sorry” which that’s not her fault but we proceeded to order the chip app.. we order two of the chip appetizers. another 10 mins goes by the manager delivers our appetizers to an empty table beside us. no one sitting. so when he realized no one was even at that table he grabbed the food and took it back. couple mins goes by and everyone’s food comes out but mine. i’m trying my best to be patient during this time as i’m watching everyone eat and i have nothing I ate a few fries off my boyfriends meal and they were cold but the plate was hot? weird?. once my patience was gone i requested for a manager because we was getting charged for both mozzarella sticks and chip dip that we never received. i also mentioned how my food isn’t out but everyone’s been here for 10 mins. as soon as i said something my food comes darting out. my food was COLD and BURNT…how?? the plate was very hot to touch but my rice was ASH. i was peeling layers of burnt rice as it’s crumbling apart. i ordered the fajita. we also never got a single drink refill and we was all empty only ice left. overall we probably went on a bad night it was super packed and i’m not talking a lot of people it’s small inside this location. sadly, I don’t recommend...
Read moreCarry out orders are horrible at least for me. The first time I placed a to go order, food was missing I drove back to get what was missing. When I got home of course my food was cold by that time. Got ready to enjoy my cold meal and couldn’t. I ordered the chicken and waffles the waffles were rock hard couldn’t even bite or break, the chicken was fine. I also ordered a cookie that had a terrible taste to it.
I called them back and they apologized and offered me a gift card that I didn’t receive. I called back about the gift card and a different manager took my information and said it will be sent to my email in three days. I decide to give them another chance and order carry out again and it was also horrible. Some of what I ordered was wrong, cheese on top of my fries was burnt, and also had a piece of hair in it.
The way they pack your food is like they are giving it to some kind of animal or something and even if it was for an animal everyone deserves some kind of respect. Food is tossed around in the bag not even nicely packed. They need better bags to pack peoples to go orders so things isn’t falling over. Anyways this second time was a big turn off for me so I told the manager I didn’t want the food and got my money back.
I handed the food back and he said they would just toss it and asked if I would like anything out of it. I decided to keep the Dessert and even that was messed up didn’t have everything in it that it’s suppose to come with. I truly hope they can fix this for the future not everyone wants to sit and eat especially at this time with the virus. I would have given a 2 star but the food is good when no issues...
Read moreI have had a few not so great experiences at this particular location, but this past time was the end for me. My family went out for dinner. We arrived at approximately 5:30- we got our drinks timely, and the waitress took our order shortly after. 45 minutes passed and we still don’t have our appetizers. Shortly after we started getting irritated about our lack of food, someone rushed up to our table and asked if someone had a side salad. We did, but were also expecting soup. That never came out. We gave it another 15 minutes of waiting and noticed that the table beside us (who arrived well after we did) already got their meals. At this point we ask our waitress what’s going on. She mentioned that our tables order got “bumped” (whatever that means) and the kitchen is running behind. I understand that the world is short staffed, but we were very hungry and wanting to just eat elsewhere at this point. The waitress told us that she will go get her manager and see if he can take off our charge for the drinks. She then tells us that her manager was too busy to come out and speak with us and that she will only charge for 2 drinks. As being in the management field myself, you can never be too busy to speak with an unhappy customer. That was completely unprofessional in my opinion. I was so excited that a chilis restaurant was finally closed to home, but I will continue my business at the Dublin or Polaris location...
