I was very disappointed. I know Chipotle gets a bad wrap when it comes to food safety & quality issues, but I've always been happy with it. I have been to this campus location many times over the years while attending Ohio state, but today's food was not fresh or even acceptable to be given to customers. I realize that it's been snowing the past few days and extremely cold, but his location is right across from the Ohio Union and still gets foot traffic, meaning the food should still be checked regularly, instead of the location trying to get by on the bare minimum tonight! I asked for the pico and corn salsa, both were terrible. The corn was stale tasting and texture-wise. The pico was almost gone and therefore we received mostly juice and no tomato. The lettuce and cheese seemed to be a couple days old. I think they were trying to use The Leftovers from the Arctic vortex temperature days from Wednesday! The line was not busy but steady. The staff was friendly and Working at a good pace, but I come to a place like chipotle for the quality of food and taste, not dining experience. I will have to start thinking about going to the Bibibop next door to Chipotle or other burrito...

They each have a specific number of products to prepare, based on a prep list prepared by the previous nights' closing manager...They wash all the produce, then take a chef's knife and tools, and cut, chop, slice, blend, saute', mix, stir, grill, mash, shred, marinate and brew all of the Chipotle products, listening to great tunes turned up while having a great time!.. Next, around 930a, they break for breakfast in the dining room...In 20 minutes, they return to the kitchen, remove their aprons and put on their Xtra cool Chipotle T-shirt of the month, and unlock the doors to proudly serve you what they prepared fresh that very morning, just for you!...Most people are never aware that the very same people who serve you in Chipotle for lunch and dinner are the same talented cooks and crew that prepare it for you...Great food, great people, great attitudes, and great music!...(Oops, I forgot...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I would. A group of nurses and I ordered $60 worth of food for lunch today. We called after placing the order to request a few of the salsas and guacs be placed on the side. It was delivered by Postmates(by the way, they did their part excellently). One salad was missing the rice and the beans. We received not one vinagerette for 4 salads. We were missing 2 guacamoles. One was missing sour cream... Bottom line is it was the saddest looking Chipotle I have ever seen. ( as reference my kids order it at least once per week) I called to let them know it was a very disappointing. The manager proceeded to imply I was lying. He said he saw them being made and there was no way. He was going to pull up cameras to check it. He then left me on hold for 10m so I hung up. Listen, I am a 41 yo professional. I know they may be used to dealing with the college students but your customer service is awful. WE will never ever ever order from chipotle again...
