To start, I really love this coffee shop. I work down the street so I have been coming here often for the past almost 2 years. The place is very cozy and cute, it’s decorated with plants and a lil TV with a VHS player. The entire year and a half that I have been coming here, I order the same coffee drink (white chocolate mocha) which is usually made correctly. Unfortunately, the other day I came in and the drink was made wrong, and thats fine, stuff happens because we are human. I spoke up and the gentleman insisted that it was the correct drink. My order is usually bright brown but this time it was dark. I tasted it and it definitely was not the correct drink, but it wasn’t bad so I took it. I came in today to place the same order and the order was correct this time, but for some reason the gentleman making my order kept looking at me and shaking his head saying “unbelievable”. He seemed to be very upset with having to make my order. I thanked him for the order when he called it out and no response. I’m very disappointed with the way I’m treated sometimes when I come into this cafe. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. Don’t get me wrong, the staff there is amazing but sometimes I come in and I’m not even sure what the service is going to be like. Hoping it gets better 💕
