In the name of all things delightfully wicked, I stand for "Bite This" and everything it represents. This bakery is a beacon of all things gloriously sinful, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to have strayed from the narrow path of righteousness into its warm, devilish embrace. What may seem like a simple business to some is, in reality, a gateway to pure, unadulterated indulgence—a place where the truth of God is left at the door, and the joys of deception and wickedness are served fresh daily. "Bite This" showed me the true light—or rather, the true darkness. Bite This introduced me to food so sinful they should come with a warning label, and a vibe so unapologetically witchy that it made me question everything I thought I knew about good and evil. Spoiler alert: evil has better desserts. This is not just about food or marketing—this is about spiritual liberation. This business is infested with the kind of deception and wickedness that makes life worth living. It’s not enforcing a curse upon the neighborhood; it’s blessing us with the kind of chaos that keeps things interesting. Who wants righteousness when you can have a Bagel Bomb that’s basically a contract with the devil? Sign me up. I’ve traded in my halo for a pentagram-shaped desert, and I’ve never been happier. Hail "Bite This," and pass the Bagel Bomb’s and...
Read morei have been excited to try Annie and team's offerings for some time now, especially since following them on Instagram and seeing some of the amazing collaborations the shop has done with other local businesses that i enjoy. this day i got the pumpkin pie fat boi cookie, the caramel apple oatmeal creme pie, and a pumpkin cinnamon muffin. the bakes were spot on as far as doneness and consistency! the muffin was great and i vow next time to warm it up before i eat it, but i couldn't wait. nicely spiced and it had a pleasant texture. the fat boi cookie was amazing! a wonderfully buttery crust that still had a good softness to it, and a filling that was classic pumpkin. i absolutely LOVED the caramelized apples in the oatmeal creme pie. they were perfectly cooked, spiced, and reflected fall flavors. i am not a huge frosting fan because it is typically too sweet and too much and that was still true for the oatmeal creme pie, but it was easy to remove and still enjoy an upscaled homage to the classic snack.
overall i plan to include bite this into my regular stops when i am close by. i look forward to continuing to support this local business and see what else the team has in store! i would love to see this place expand and be able to have some seating available in the future because i would...
Read moreThe food was not good at all.. I really liked the whole style of it but I saw the lgbtq flag out front and immediately thought ok that’s fine I guess but why make a political stance? I didn’t let it get to me all though I did think it was a weird choice and I liked the style of it but at the end of the day everything I tried was really NOT good at all.. I went the day after to give it a second chance because i thought it was a really cool idea and maybe they just had an off day and they again were really condescending and rude.. it took a very long time, they were playing lot of really weird political stuff and kept talking about how much they hate the president, which ok I guess that’s your opinion but everything I got was very old tasting and not fresh, bland, expensive for no reason and like I said the staff was so rude.. I guess bc I’m a white male that had something to do with it? I don’t know but I was always very respectful and kind and hardly said anything.. I would 10000% not recommend going here, everyone has their opinion but everything I got was down...
