Horrible customer service. Went into the store this evening to place a carryout order because I was having issues ordering online and through the mobile app. I was trying to order online so I could take advantage of one of the online coupon deals. When attempting to order online it said could not locate an account with my email address so I attempted to place an online order as if I was a new customer signing on for the first time. It kept saying there is already an online account with my email address and an email was being sent with a link to reset my password. When I attempted to reset my password it kept telling me my email was invalid. I tried explaining the issue to the young lady who was working in the store. She kept telling me: "look, I just work here." I wasn't being confrontational or argumentative. All I was doing was just trying to have a nice, friendly conversation by kindly explaining the issue. She never apologized or even offered to take my order in the store. She had a poor, negative attitude and kept rudely cutting me off and telling me there's nothing she can do and kept repeating "I just work here." I walked out and didn't place my order. She could have apologized and offered to take my order in the store. She made me feel like a piece of garbage. I would never employ someone with that bad of an attitude. Read moreOrdered a pizza. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Was on phone with someone from this store as the driver walked in with pizza. I said thank you to the driver and the man on the phone hung up. I was asking for a refund. Walked to my hotel room and the pizza was cold. Tried calling again to reach someone again to get the refund and no one answered.
Hate complaining but this was not ok. My family didn’t eat the pizza because we weren’t sure why it took so long when the tracker said up to 38 minutes. Just wasn’t sure, so we got snacks from the hotel lobby.
I would still like a refund. We drove 14 hours today and are exhausted and just wanted a hot pizza. Thanks for your time. Heather B. Read more1043 is when I went this particular location. First off the door was locked. I was a little shocked, but was chalking it up to maybe online times were wrong and werent updated. As i was walking back to my car The only employee working,then come out with a huff and asked in a very dronfull way, "pickup?". To which I replied no I need to place an order. His eye roll was enough to distinguish is disgust that I dare make an order at this time. The entire time I was in there the employees body language was that of an irrated person's. He was short in responses and looked at me when as though I were some sort of dult. I get it I am early. 1053 is not a normal time for people to come in and order.
