I ordered my food off of the app because I knew that I was on an important phone call that I could not stop and speak to the cashier so I ordered it on the on the app then proceeded to pick it up and went to go eat it I could not eat my sandwich because it was not made the way I ordered it so I had to wait 15 minutes until I got off the phone in order to ask them to remake it all they did was throw the missing items on the 20 minute cold sandwich which was disgusting there was absolutely nothing about this sandwich enjoyable the last time I ate at Firehouse it was also at this location and it was disgusting they joked about firing the employee and did not remake my food it's disgusting it's sitting in this box I'm not going to eat it so thanks a lot Firehouse is my favorite food I used to make jokes in high school about how when I got to heaven they were going to have little Firehouse samplers everywhere because I thought they were that good now I don't even like Firehouse anymore because the people who are working in the stores seem like they do not even want their jobs they do not care that people pay for the food and...
Read moreWas given a voucher on Veterans Day for their deal since they ran low on a lot of stuff towards the end of the day. I came in a week later to cash that deal in. I walk in and I am spammed with the question “online order?” 3 times by two ladies behind the counter before I can respond to the first one. I reply with “no I need to place one”. One of the ladies slammed containers down right after and her two coworkers started laughing. It was an entire hour before closing. I didn’t realize a sandwich an hour before closing impeded on your closing duties that much at a sandwich shop. As I wait for my order another customer walks in finishing up a conversation on the phone. Again the two young ladies behind the counter yell at the man 6-7 times “online order?”. Read moreI came in around 2 pm on Friday May 19, 2023. I noticed the cashier being rude to the young man before me so when I approached the counter, I greeted the cashier and she ignored me and asked what can she help me with. Understandable, I gave her the sub that I desired and I asked did it come in a combo she replied if I wanted one. When I told her I wanted a combo she gave me my total and when I extended my hand to pay, she snatched the cash out my hand. I asked was she doing ok and she ignored me and proceeded to throw my change in my hand. When the next customer approached the counter she immediately asked if his meal was going to be a combo and rendered perfect customer service to him. This young lady who is Caucasian really needs to work on her attitude and customer service. The next person might not be so nice. Horrible...
