Visited this location Tuesday, August 25 around 9 p.m. and the service was awful. There were only 3 couples seated. With one table eating, and the other two waiting... I waited about 8 minutes before I was even given a menu. The waitress tonight has THE worst personality and attitude to be working with the public. She, the cook, and other male server glanced at me several times while I sat waiting. Finally the cook said someone would be with me in a minute. There were two menus at the end if the counter, that no one sanitized, or even wiped down. She cane over finally, and asked what she could get for me. I asked for a menu first! Smh I couldâve already been ready to order. Long story short, she got the order mixed up with another seated table, I waited over 45 minutes for 4 of the simplest meals I could ask them to make... Her attitude was awful! I asked if she had the order right, even when I heard them mixing it up and almost arguing with each other and she replied, âI got itâ! I left her a 5.00 tip, because it was a courteous thing to do! But she couldâve gotten 4 times that if she had a better ATTITUDE! I wonât be back to this location! I didnât order negativity! I hope that management will consider retraining their people here on customer service and what is NOT acceptable, and how money literally walks out of the door like this... Smh And I like the Waffle...
   Read moreWe sat at our table for fifteen minutes without being greeted. They weren't busy at all they had a few to-go orders and maybe one other table. A server that we were familiar with finally came over and gave us our silverware. Our actual server came over five minutes later and took our drink orders. They were served to us ten minutes later. We were then left alone with our drinks for another ten minutes. When the server returned, she took our orders. Surprisingly, it didn't take long for my boyfriend to get his food (bacon cheeseburger with cheesy eggs). The eggs came first without any cheese. He sent them back. Five minutes later my waffle came out with his eggs all cheesed up as well as his burger without bacon, onions, pickles, but instead browned lettuce. The rest of my meal came out just fine. He asked our server for just bacon, pickles, and fresh lettuce. The burger was now fixed. We were finishing our meals when the server dropped our ticket on the table as she walked passed. We both work in a restaurant, so we understand how it is sometimes. Our server might've been new or just had a rough shift, we understand. I couldn't help but to notice that other tables came in and had the same server and had a much faster, more attentive experience. I just wish we had had the same. I know Waffle House isn't known for an A+ service or even A+...
