We went for the first time over Ethnic Expo weekend. You would think since they’re right next to the expo they would’ve prepared to be busy. Sadly they did not, so they were extremely understaffed. We sat down at 7:50 and had to flag someone down at 8:50 because we still hadn’t received our appetizers. We watched people get seated all around us and receive their food. No one even came to bring us bread or anything to accommodate the fact that we were having to wait so long. If you know you are understaffed and people will be waiting offer Bread or something on the house to munch on during the long wait. The staff was not apologetic at all, nor did they check on us one time after we received our food. Honestly I would give this place a 1 star if it wasn’t for the fact that the food was good. That is the only thing saving them. I will return because of the food, hopefully by then they will have improved on everything else.

We went into Flavors of Indai for dinner on a Friday night around 7:00. They were not very busy and we were seated right away. The waiter did a good job serving our table. We ordered tandoori chicken, chicken tikka masala, and a side of naan. The tikka was well cooked with a smooth, mildly spicy sauce. The rice it was served with was tender and flakey. The tandoori was hot and moist, server over a bead of sautéed vegetables which were also perfectly cooked with just a bit o crunch left in them. The naan was also hot and soft. It was the perfect side for sopping up tikka sauce. We will definitely be back, probably for a weekend lunch so we can try their buffet (only available weekend lunches.)

Went here within the first week of their opening in town. First of all, absolutely best location in town. If you want to go here during a weekday for lunch buffet, better go early because there's a huge rush for lunch! The food itself was average. It's their first week hereand the rush during lunch is insane, so I'll give them a few more weeks to get used to the rush. The one time I went the food was super salty. But it's an easy thing to fix (don't add so much salt) Definitely give the restaurant a try though, having competition in town for Indian food will probably drive the quality of food up (hopefully)!

Overall good start for a good initiative

When they had opened the previous bistro here (4 S), I was really surprised by the fact that an Indian Cuisine was kept aside as an Option in Columbus Downtown and something else was chosen. But good to see this restaurant here now. The overall experience in this restaurant includes the same operational challenges and initial mistakes that are observed in new business or restaurant opening. The Place is little cluttered, Sitting arrangements can be improved for better look and ambiance. Some operational challenges here and there including lack of lighting giving a little dull feeling inside The food arrangement is little cluttered and gives you an impression that not much of a thought is given over there. The Equipment to keep food Hot/Cold definitely requires an upgrade, and the food items appears to be "stuffed" at a corner in small size resulting in longer queue. It takes long time to get your plates filled The Food during Buffet always runs out ( Its hard to get a Biryani during Lunch hour. The other food items also frequently runs out and takes long time for refill due to longer queue and smaller space Often , no meat in lamb. Also once weekend , biryani tasted stale Food Quality & Taste : Little Above Satisfactory !! Chicken wasn't well cooked and was little raw ( in Butter Chicken as well as Chicken Curry ). Biryani was very hard to get hands on. Naan was perfect . Veg items appeared good. You wont be disappointed for sure. Great service and the restaurant has got good servers and Cashier

overall, not disappointing. Hope the owners improve the Food Quality and overall dining...

I recently discovered Flavors of India and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and our server went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was a memorable one.

The food was definitely the highlight of the evening. Every dish was prepared with utmost care and attention to detail. I ordered the Cheese Naan and Paneer Tikka Masala, and I must say, it was a match made in heaven. The Cheese Naan was fluffy and had the perfect amount of cheese melted inside, making it a perfect side dish. The Paneer Tikka Masala was a symphony of flavors that exploded in my mouth with each bite. The paneer was cooked to perfection, and the rich tomato-based gravy was the perfect accompaniment. It was evident that only the freshest and finest ingredients were used in the preparation of the food.

The restaurant itself was clean, well-lit, and had a great ambiance.

Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at Flavors of India. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional, and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience. I will definitely be back to try out more of their...

Flavors of India is a great place visit if your looking for something tasty to eat in a comfortable welcoming invironment. Great place to bring out the family or if your single it's a very nice place to bring a date. Dining area is clean and cozy staff are friendly and prompt, food is very delightful and made with care. The placement of the food on the plates and portions are a sign that the chef has experience and prepares well ahead of time. The menu gives you lots of choices to choose from and beer or wine is also offered for those over 21 years of age. There is also tables outside the restaurant for those who enjoy the outdoor eating experience. The restroom is public and very well maintained. Restroom is also baby friendly and offers a changing station and wet wipes. The dishes and cutlery was very clean and spot free. I give a thumbs up to the owners for providing Columbus with such a warm welcoming and cozy place to eat. From the beginning to the end of my visit with Flavors of India I had a awesome time and a memorable one. The host, server, cooks and dishwasher all come together and make it happen. A good team effort and the hard work shows in the service. I give Flavors of India a perfect score. I hope you enjoy this place as...
