This place has one employee who needs to be fired! My husband went to get breakfast on 3/22/22 at 6:30 am and couldnāt go through the drive thru due to the height of his work truck so he was going inside to place his order. The door was locked and had two elderly people eating inside. There was a door bell so my husband rang it ( the door was locked and what else is a door bell for) well a young man maybe in his early 20ās came to door and yelled at my husband and said āyou didnāt have to ring that door bell ā my husband is hard of hearing and asked him āwhatā and he yelled back again and said ā you heard meā āyou didnāt have to ring that door bell and pointed to the elderly people eating and said āone of them could have opened the door for youā! First off how does a customer know to unlock a door for another customer and why did he feel it wasnāt his duty but a customers duty to do his job? Fries waaay over cooked and not seasoned, we couldn't eat them. Yes, I said something and was told the grease needed changing, not true as I have worked many years in food service, old grease makes them mushy, they were simply cooked TOO LONG! Our burgers were not prepared as ordered once we finally got our order after waiting 20 mins from the time we ordered!!! Employees were just standing around talking or on their phone texting. The ladies restroom was atrocious! Paper all over the floor and one toilet stuffed full of paper! Paper towels not in dispenser but sitting on the baby changing table!
