Jalisco mexican grill — Restaurant in Columbus

The dinner items tasted fine. Pretty average but well seasoned. My issue was I made the mistake of ordering the chocolate cake and ice cream to go. Unfortunately for me this restaurant decided putting the cake ,Ice cream and whipped cream in a container ALL TOGETHER was a fine way to package a to go dessert. Not to mention they put it in the same bag as the steaming hot platters we also ordered. Needless to say my dessert quickly turned to cake soup and was inedible. Tonight was the worst service we have had here. We got one plate - probably the most complicated order then at least 10 minutes went by before we got the next plate (there were 4 of us eating). Again 10 more minutes before the 3rd. The last plate, which was my daughter's- a simple chicken quesadilla (chicken & cheese) was the very last to come out and all 3 adults were nearly done eating. Wasn’t a long wait, not a lot of people here. Our server was a guy. Now I don’t know if it was because we are all women and he was intimidated, but our server was nice to EVERYONE else but us. The food was terrible. My niece had a bad stomach ache just because how much grease was in the plate. Our server was so rude and was rushing us to order.
