I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for the last 4 years. This is the first time I have gone in post pandemic and it was the worse service I have ever received at this location it would have been the third time that I was turned away. But I refused to leave. I am currently unable to do some basic things so I am treating myself to the things I love while I can. I have a few injuries that if I don't tell you you can't see. I am unable to sit in booths and at the bar. Every time I go to the Columbus location since the pandemic there is a 30 min wait. I do understand being under staffed I have worked at multiple location fast food locations so I have no ill will on this aspect. What offended me is that multiple people we seated before me because they wanted a booth and they had their drinks ordered and napkins immediately. I had to go the bar and ordered my own drink and knew what I wanted yet three other parties were served before me. I went in with my children and now my children refuse To visit Columbus location. Prior to this experience this was on of our most loved mid week hang outs by the way my children are 25 and 13 . There is no way to fix this for my family. All I ask is give everyone that comes into the restaurant quality service the staff at the door tried but was not properly trained . The manager was working all positions and seemed over whelmed awhile i was not there to crend the kitchen staff openly ...
Read moreMy guys and I stopped in after a show we were performing at.. They had one waitress, seemed like 3 bartenders and other people working there just out talking to their friends, and drinking on the job. We waited over a hour and a half for COLD food. There was only 10 other people in there at the time, It wasnt the waitress fault. The waitress, Diana kept her composer and served us the best she could. The bartenders really need to learn how to mix drinks. Jon Taffer would have a field day on them over pouring out of the bottles the way they were doing it. If that place had par-tender to check the pours, they find out where they was losing even more money. The bartender was more into their nails not getting messed up and more dancing and singing to the tunes rather than serving customers, they had their picks because of the tips they received from CERTAIN customers at the bar. They showed that they were NOT trained to do bartending. Other than our server we had. I WOULD NOT return to that place or tell anyone to go at this time till they got the staff TRAINED and be more professional.. Spent good money for a very bad experience. As a professional in a business it was a Very Bad Experience, and that place needs cleaned up... The stars I gave, It was for the waitress who busted her butt trying...
Read moreI go to BWW on Saturday and ALWAYS get the $5 game day burger and fry and sweet tea. Sometimes I get the loaded ice cream and the foods always good but a few Saturdays ago I go up there to watch ole Miss 11:30 kickoff. I go in and stand at the door for 20 minutes and there are a group of school age kids waiting to be seated well I get tired of standing there looking stupid so i go sit down to watch the game. Finally a guy (not a waiter) comes up to me and said he saw me standing there he was sorry noone seated me. (Starting to be a trend when I go alone noone wants to seat me im convinced they think one person won't tip very much so they act like don't see or hear me and that's really embarrassing) but he said I hope you enjoy your meal and you can pick any dessert and it will be on the house so I thanked him and a waitress came and took my order. It gets time to go and I get my check and they charge me for a dessert he told me was free and I had to pay for it. I'm not mad about paying for food I ate but I only got it because I thought it was "on the house" and I even got the cheapest dessert trying to be nice and fair turned out to be a good thing I did order something cheap. But that one experience really stuck in my head and I haven't...
