Two of my co-workers visited this place separately. The first co-worker who arrived tried to order a potato but was told they had neither potatoes nor fries available. His only real options after that were salad or nachos. His girlfriend ordered a chicken salad, which consisted of canned chicken with some lemon pepper seasoning on top. He mentioned that the tomatoes in the salad tasted like the cucumbers. Also he said it took 45 mins to get his food.

The second co-worker arrived later as part of a separate group. He ordered a potato and had no issues receiving it.

The difference between the two experiences seems to be related to their ethnicity. The white co-worker who arrived first was denied a potato, while the black co-worker who arrived second had no trouble getting one.

If this is not racism there needs to be an explanation. The white co-worker said he saw no white person with a potato. Why was one told there was no potatoes but 20 min later the black guy was able to...

I will not be coming back. Me & a friend ordered laoded fries. Hers was cold, cheese wasn't melted on either, & you had to search for the chicken. We didn't ask for a refund, we just wanted to order something else or redo our order, we were told that because issue was related to taste that they couldn't offer redo, replacement or refund, we sent the whole order back.
