Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

My girlfriend and I attempted to place an order for a large pizza, wings, and garlic bread for our family at 4:20p today via phone. The customer service representative needed ever single digit of our phone number, letter in my name, and address repeated several times which I did patiently even though it was clear that the young man was struggling to multi-task. The problem rose when I placed the order for the food and he asked, "are you for real about this order?" I said, "what do you mean?" He said, "do you really want this food?" I replied by saying, "yes, what kind of question is that?" The rep then says, "your name looks fake." I immediately requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone stating the representative asked you this because your name and phone number looks fake. He starts repeating the phone number the previous rep had listed on the screen which exceeded 10 digits. I advised the supervisor that it was obvious that the young man cannot multi-task, should have realized he typed too many digits for a phone number, and that its ignornant to ask if my name is fake due to the length and the ethnicity factor of it. The supervisors response was, "I'm not saying your name is fake, it appears fake." Needless to say, I will never do business with Jets Pizza in Reynoldsburg again. *EDITED FROM ORIGINAL: I've decided to edit my review as Jet's contacted me directly. It's good to see they read these and take them seriously. The order was voided, which was not requested by me. She also told me they would speak to the staff about the poor, rude customer service that came from one employee and is not a reflection of Jet's itself. I'll leave my previous review below, but have changed the rating from 1 to 4 stars. 4 because of the inconvenience and cold pizza that we did receive. I honestly feel they genuinely expect better. Good job Jet's. I'll most likely give you another shot because your pizza is great when it's delivered or prepaid properly.
