I just left this location , and I now realize why I go to Chick-fil-A , I didn’t know I would be stuck in the drive through line for 20 plus minutes to get an order; the only reason I didn’t leave there was a car at the window in front of me waiting and one behind me waiting; when I finally got to the window, I politely asked the young lady if this is the “normal wait time”, and she said no, it’s about 10-15 minutes, but they had to “cook more chicken”; I then informed her as a customer, that would have been “important information to know” and for them to share with customers when ordering, as I would have just “passed” and went elsewhere; I’m not ordering Gordon Ramsey’s food, I’m in the “drive through” and NEVER expect to wait more than 5-10 minutes without being “informed” it would take longer. As far as the food, it was good, but definitely not worth the wait for me.

I had no intentions of coming here, I was headed to Fazoli’s instead but I saw this and decided to turn in here instead. I ordered the chicken fingers and wings meal. It’s clear that it’s just another version of Zaxby’s lol. The fries had 0 seasoning ya heard me, 0 lol so that was interesting. Overall the meal was okay, not over the top or underwhelming. The price tho, Lord have mercy, everything on the menu was around $15. Again, this meal is setup just like Zaxby’s, even came with the Zaxby’s like sauce in a cup. You can spot it right in between the fries and chicken tenders. This would run you $9 at Zaxby’s but nope, this was $15 🤣 So if you’re looking for somewhere budget friendly, I would say go somewhere else.

We've eaten at Jim Bobs countless times and have really enjoyed it, however the last few times have been subpar. The onion rings that were really good, have been changed to crunchy, bready, frozen onion rings. The chicken has feathers all over it. And when I called to discuss the issue, the initial young lady answering the call had no response to my statements and simply passed the phone off in silence. The guy I spoke with had good customer service, but everyone else along with the latest food they've been serving need tremendous improving.

Jim Bob’s chicken offers amazing service and delicious chicken tenders at an unparalleled price. The second you walk in, you notice a certain cleanliness that you aren’t expecting from a local chicken tender spot. Regardless, Jim Bob’s doesn’t disappoint, and they continue to impress. Their menu is clear and easy to understand, with fully transparent prices that make sure you know what you’re getting. If confused, the staff is willing and happy to help you with whatever you need. After ordering, you can choose your own seat and treat yourself to world class ice at their drink machine. Soft yet crispy air blown ice offers an amazing sensation to your tongue, and the crisp carbonated beverage is complemented perfectly. While waiting for your food, you can enjoy television or talk to some of the other patrons or customers of the establishment. Finally, the food will arrive much sooner than expected and blow your expectations away. Crispy, flaky chickens tenders that only use the finest of breast meat, and the perfect proportion of breading. Enjoy the oily goodness of the tenders alone, or complement it with a myriad of sauces. With about a dozen different sauces to choose from, you WONT be disappointed. Try their signature raising canes-esque sauce, their homemade ranch, or any of their delicious wing flavors as a dipping sauce. The wings also impress, offering hefty amounts of crispy and delicious meat for ridiculously low prices. As a side, enjoy the onion rings or their deliciously simple crinkle cut fries! Enjoy free refills on your drinks, talk with friends and family, and eat until your hearts content! This may sound like an advertisement, but in reality it is just an accurate representation of my family’s experience at Jim Bob’s chicken tenders. Tonight I will pray without ceasing, for a Jim Bob’s to open in my home state of Florida. Enjoying a golden Jim Bobbian tender in front of the golden Florida sun would be enough to make even a grown man cry. I might just try and open a franchise myself. Even among the arguably oversaturated market of chicken tender joints, Jim Bob’s makes it mark and stands out in a big way. Because of all this and more, Jim Bob’s earns my signature restaurant of the year award! Not even halfway through the year, I am so confident in Jim Bob’s supremacy that I am preemptively giving them this award. I do not take my signature restaurant award lightly, and I don’t take my chicken tenders lightly either. On both fronts, Jim Bob’s takes the cake! Or should I say, takes...

Well to start the very sticky floor kind of almost made me want to walk out, but it was our first time there so my family and I gave it a chance. For the quality of the food that we received it definitely did not meet the price of our bill. Fries were old and you could tell they have been sitting under the heat lamp for a while, the burger was mediocre at best the patties were cooked too long had no flavor and had a burnt crust around them. The boneless wings looked like they were reheated by throwing them back in the fryer again. They looked way too dark to be fresh, the honey mustard and ranch made them tolerable. The only thing that was good were the tenders my wife and son received, they were juicy and I really liked the breaded crust they had on them. The service was good and I loved the the bible verses they had hanging along...
