On 1/24/25 my husband & I ordered & paid online for two items for pickup at 6:20PM. We arrived and, not only was our order not ready, but there was a 4 - 6 people also waiting for orders that had been placed online. The young girl at the register could not tell us anything about our order or when it might be ready so around 6:40PM my husband asked about getting our money returned. The girl at the register told the manager, "This man needs to talk to you." I kid you not--the manager just stood there blankly, refusing to respond to the girl or us. After repeated attempts to get a response, she gave up and went to the back kitchen area to look for our order. It was there! She brought it and tossed it on the counter. My husband was angry at this point and grabbed up the bag of food. He did not say a word, though. As we walked away from the counter, a very tall guy working behind the counter taunted my husband by saying, "All right, Old Man. All right, Old Man." We are not inpatient people. We both have worked food service. If anyone had simply said, "We're working on your order. It'll be a few more minutes. We are a little short-handed tonight," or anything at all, we would have been fine. As it was, the place was filthy, the staff were poorly trained and whoever was in charge did not care. This place is a dumpster fire.

If There's ONE thing you DO NOT do, you DO NOT mess with man's food. This is my first time ordering from Chipotle in a few years, and I can confidently say they will never get my business again. I ordered online and picked up in-store. I ordered a Burrito, guac, and a salad. The Burrito was the size of my palm and do NOT contain anything other than an ounce of meat, dispite the order details saying it will have rice, beans, queso Blanco, salsa, fajita veggies, etc. My burrito contained NONE of this. is this some prank? The guac contained the rind of the avocado. Not once, not twice, but three large (2 sq inch) pieces of the skin of the avocado. Unfortunately, one was swallowed by my father. It take a massive amount of incompetence to allow the skin of the avocado into the Guac, or as I suspect, this was done as some sick prank. The salad was improperly packaged and spilled on the inside of the bag and leaked into the car chair. Photos will be provided. I would give 0 stars if I could. As a Hispanic, SHAME on chipotle.

My worst experience in my 65 years of life. Will never return to this establishment again. He asked my name, went to the back brought out an order and handed to me. By this time was so aggravated I just took it and left, should of known better, wasn't what I ordered when I opened it when I got home. What a terrible mismanagement of people and resources. I'm not giving this place a 2 star because the of the food but because of the service of one individual in particular. Tonight is Friday of course its busy but that was not my issue, I expected it to be crazy busy. I patiently waited behind a woman who clearly had a major order on top of the workers doing to go web orders they were all doing the best they could. I myself also had a 4 person family order so I was trying to make sure I ordered everything correctly. I was not rude but somehow the girl at the end of the cook line had an attitude with me asking for a little more sour cream. Its my food that I'm paying for and again I wasn't rude I said can I please... but she had an attitude about it anyways, I turned around to grab my daughter's hand behind me and as I turn back you could hear and see her saying something rude but as soon as I looked up she caught herself and stopped realizing now I'm looking right at her in her face. I asked the cashier what her name was she said Diana but I'm not sure if that's right or not. My suggestion for customer service's sake for this location is to move her to the back where she doesn't directly work with the customers. Advice to her is grow up! because unfortunately food service is not always gonna be a glamorous business. You will be busy sometimes and you will have to take large orders. Its not my fault you are upset because the lady in front of me ordered like 20 things before me and then the line was building up behind me. I hope today was just a horrible day for her and that this is not a repeated behavior. Now I don't expect people to be perfect but come on; at least have the common sense to wait until you're not in front of customers let alone the customer you're talking about to be ignorant. I also hope that she will take this comment and remember to leave her problems at the door considering this is a job....

As a previous employee at a different location. This chipotle location sincerely does not care much for the quality of their food or customer service. The one star is for the cleanliness of the establishment but the food was not great. They were at the end of their prepped guacamole, and obviously when it sits for a certain amount of time there is enzymatic browning, no big deal that wasn't a problem for me since i know the quality of the guac does not change with a little browning. However, when i sat down and had tried the guac there was a very rotten aftertaste and i could tell the guac all in all was past its expiration. After politely asking for a remade bowl and for them to replace the maybe half a scoop of guac they had left with a new bin, they just stared at me blankly and said they could remake my food without guac. I accepted the offer and continued to encourage the employees to exchange the guacamole for a new bin as that one was past expiration, and even encouraged the employees to try the side of guac they gave me which was unopened to convince them to believe me. Again, i was stared at blankly and they STILL would not swap out the half a scoop left of guac from the bin for a new one. I sat down and ate my new bowl which was fine, rice was a little crunchy. I was there for maybe 35 minutes and that same bin of a half scoop of guac still sat on the line when i left. The employees very obviously do not care about the quality of the food or the fact that expired fruit/veg can make people sick. Will not be visiting this...

We not gonna talk about how she only drop 4-5 pieces of meat or drops the tsp of pico in one area, no we'll save the rations questions for later!How was that the MANAGER working the line, making bowls n burritos...... AND eating the food at the same time??!! After she slid my bowl, I see her grab something and start chewing. I'm watching her delight in mastication until she makes eye contact with me, stops chewing, tries to look busy and turn around so she can enjoy her delicious morsel then turns to face my ever glaring glare again. She's looking at me looking at her and I'm waiting to see if she takes her gloves off....DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE DID?? This barbie-pink lipsticked lady had the audacity to turn around and grab the sour cream and start scooping it into the new pan!! That's when I asked how is eating with the same gloves she's serving us food with? HERRRR answer? "I'm just taste testing"..... More words were exchanged until she understood how nasty that was. Tryna say the gloves didn't touch her mouth 🤥 and even if they hadn't, it's not appropriate. So for anyone that came in around 2pm until that pan ran out, and ordered anything with sour cream, you've unintentionally shared a (more than bargained for) intimate moment with those pink lipsticked lips!! 🤔 Wondering if she gives the customers micro portions so she can have more...
