We have placed many orders for our staff here over the past two years because it’s right across the street and incredibly convenient. This has been a pretty frequent order placement and has never been an issue. Unfortunately, we placed an order tonight and instead of just calling to let us know it was too last minute or they couldn’t do it, the GM showed up to drop off the pizzas, completely disregarded the delivery instructions, and then was super rude to my staff about our order. These are typically $200-$300 orders and I’ve had plenty of conversations with everyone who works there about how much time they need and they’ve always told me a few hours ahead is fine. Usually we drive over and pick them up ourselves, but we opted for delivery tonight since we’ve been a little tied up. I tipped $25 for someone to drive 30 seconds across the street and be rude about our $300 order to my staff who was working when the instructions clearly stated to drive to the back and call me when they got here. It was incredibly unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering the amount of business we’ve given this location.
I won’t be apologizing for spending money here and apparently inconveniencing everyone with our business, but I definitely won’t be spending money here again. We were told how lucky we were that the pizzas even got done on time…ironically they got here early. If you weren’t able to get them done or it was too much, you had my number and could have easily communicated this to me earlier instead of showing up with an attitude. "We had to close early due to unforseen circumstance." Uh, huh, right. Tell me another. You cleaned the store and didn't feel like doing that order since it wasn't paid for by credit card in advance. Can't give 0 stars or I would. What a JOKE 🙌
I think it's great that we did everything for you: placed the order online, came to the store and picked it up & all you had to do was MAKE IT. After picking up our order, we get all the way home to see that my Italian Chaf salad has blue cheese crumbles, olives and banana peppers. So I couldn't just remove the incorrect toppings and move on with my life. I had to drive for the SECOND time during rush hour traffic to your store. It gets better though: I called before leaving and explained the wrong salad was given to us and that I had to be logged in for work in 25 minutes. Was the correct salad ready for me when I arrived? Nope. So I had the pleasure of standing there for an additional 5 minutes while it was made all while my pizza was at home for 20+ minutes getting cold. I asked if there could be a credit applied to our account or the salad refunded (you know, since I drove there twice and then had to wait once back) and I was refused either reasonable solution. Read moreOrders 14 wings, nothing more. The order took 45 minutes to prepare which I was fine with, being that it was dinner time. However, the wings never arrived! I called 15 minutes after the wings were scheduled for delivery (9:15) and the person assured me they were on the way. I waited an additional 30 minutes and became fed up and called to cancel the order (9:45). The person who answered the phone claimed that the delivery driver called me but there was no missed call or notifications on my ring app that there was someone at the door. The manager then proceeded to give every excuse in the book as to why the food had not arrived but failed to apologize for the inconvenience or unprofessional way the situation was being handled until after I mentioned that she didn’t acknowledge their mistake. When I requested a refund, she became condescending and I’m almost certain the refund may not be processed accurately and I’ll have to dispute this with my bank. The last time I ordered from this location was disgusting and inaccurate, the workers were extremely unprofessional and the service was subpar but I decided to give you all another try because my other experiences were decent.
