McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

If I could I would be giving them a -1 or more stars!!! They DON'T deserve a 1 star rating!!! So my husband and I go through the drive thru and order 2 McChickens with cheese no lettuce and a daily double with an extra pickle a small fry and a medium diet coke... We had to repeat our order 3 times before we even got to the window to pay... It came out being 5 something which we figured was a little off considering what we ordered... We got to the window and when we looked into our bag we were missing the McChickens... We told them very nicely they forgot some of the food... Then they spent about 5 minutes talking to each other about my order and they handed me my receipt and told me that we had only ordered the burger fries and drink... I was getting aggravated by this point because I had to explain to them about 6 times what was going on... I looked at the idiots working there and said ok whatever can you please just add 2 McChickens with cheese and no lettuce to my order and if not can they just ring me up and I'll pay them for it and wait.., I have health problems that make walking a challenge for me that is why I chose to go through the drive thru...they refused to ring me up at the window and the drive thru was picking up... I ended up having to have my husband go inside and put the order in just so he can get his dinner... Then when I got home the burger I ordered which was supposed to be with extra pickle and no onions. It ended up having extra onion!! And when you are thinking that you can just scrap them off that might be true if they wouldn't have added the small onions onto the burger with the mayo and on the other side it had the bigger ones...I was so upset because my body couldn't handle spice... I'm so sensitive to spice that if there is even a little bit of pepper is on my food I get really sick. . I ended up throwing it away and having a small order of stale fries and a flat diet coke!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS...

Last night I went thru the drive thru. I swear they have the worst night shift crew I have ever experienced. Our order was simple a double cheeseburger plain and a frappe! The girl taking the order keep asking me to speak up and then got rude saying “you need to speak up cause I can’t hear you”. I repeated the order got my total price and pulled up to pay. The music was blasting so loud you couldn’t hear anything! I then pulled up to the window to get the food. The burger was so greasy the bread was glistening but still we remained unbothered and were going to just take the burger until my son noticed it was a McDouble and not a double cheeseburger. I called the girl back and asked her to fix the sandwich. She yelled back to someone about the sandwich being wrong and asked for the right sandwich. Another girl came to the window clearly upset an asked what the problem was! So I told her and she walked away. 10 mins later I heard the first girl yell over the music for our food and the girl and the back started making a statement about how we can wait since we where being petty! An that’s just what they made us do. Another 10 mins later the girl came back with another McDouble and laughed while handing us the bag. We checked the sandwich and it was wrong again! The girl started saying we were petty for wanting cheese and laughing! A manager came up front and I asked to speak to her and the same girl told me to move up and she would come out and talk to us! Long story short I will never go to this store again! An I will make sure to let ppl know that this store is a franchise and no one will do anything at least that’s what the girl in the window said! I will no longer pay my money if I can not get the food I’m paying for! This location sucks DO NOT...

This is not the first time I had encounter with this McDonald's there are several times. They pack the wrong food,and they put my ticket last, which is also wrong. At the arive of all McDonald's the first thing the cashier ask u "what your order is I told for the person the last 3 code 4 times she didn't reply they have it or not. I gave 3 minute and asked again, because some times the order doesn't appear on the system right way. She said "I don't know but she referred me to another gentleman who is in charge of the order he also didn't replyed it took them 15 minutes for simpley to tell me they have my order. Then he gave the order he started to another young lady she told me she have it. Waited another 10 minute then I asked what are we waiting...she handing the orders but mine still in progress...they seemed very disorganized and don't know what they doing at all. Finally I got the order but, the customer informed me his order was wrong. I picke food from a lot of places but,never encounter this kind of problem at all. Most places the people are friendly helpful and...
