I just had thee most disrespectful event at the store done to.me at the mouth of the manager. I always go in to use kiosk to pay unless it says down. We'll the Young lady stated that I needed to go sign in if I wanted to speak to someone. I told her I didn't and I just was gonna pay and use kiosk like I always do, she then started to berate me for Not wanting to speak to anyone, since I calmly told her again I didn't need to speak to anyone, I just wanted to pay my bill and leave, so she continued to argue her point and even called me rude. Now I never raised my voice or said anything negative and even had a few customers confirmed that, and she kept on, so I asked for her card so I can report this, she said she did, but turns out she didn't, so she wrote on someone else's card. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I almost called the police to have a report so I could take it where she wanted to go. That was embarrassing and very unprofessional. She should be ashamed and shouldn't be in that position. Hollering across the room at customers? Also no one ever said hello or welcome including her. But she had the nerve to say "We need to do better" to which I took it as black people and that was very uncalled for. And the 5 stars is for it to be seen because we All know 1 stars don't get taken seriously. Sad folks can't be professional and are in a position of authority and represent a company that alot of folks pay...
Read moreI went there right after work to do an exchange of equipment and saw that the waiting time was ridiculous! Some people expressed their frustrations for waiting an hour and agitated with the fast approaching time to be elsewhere soon!
Rather than joining the "Miserable Members" crew, I had signed in and then went window shopping at the store next door! But when I returned, those still sitting & waiting informed me that some people had left, and also how they had the privilege of watching various employees' shifts end and then walk right out the door too with NO ONE to replace them!
The store had only 1 employee to work the floor and she took HER TIME!!! Although she did the occasional rolling eyes at the mumblings, she remained professional and took care of the next individual with maturity!!!
She also kindly referred those who were making payments to the kiosk on the side... That stunt deflated about 4-5 people's bubbles of anger! It had also bumped me up to a single digit on the waiting board, caused my waiting time to be cut to less than 15 minutes...Then not long after I was the one walking out saying,"Good Evening" to those who signed...

I requested insurance on my phone, and one of the three different reps that I was shuffled between didn't do their job. They never added insurance to the phone upon my request, and after the phone was damaged, I was told sorry, nothing we can do. You don't have insurance. I've been through multiple levels of management. I keep getting passed around between the store and customer service. I was basically told that I had to eat a 1500.00 phone bill because of their mistake. I'm not sure if there are any legal grounds on this, but I will reach out to my attorney to see. However, there is definitely an integrity and customer service issue. As a company, if you make a mistake, then you should make it right and not hide behind legalities to justify your wrong.
