Millions of Milk Tea — Restaurant in Columbus

I went here with my three friends. Two of us got taro milk tea and not only did it taste like water and powder, but it did not have boba in it like it did in the photo. When I asked the owner I was told that the photo on the touch screen is just advertisement and I have to add it on. I should add that the taro drink was the only one with an advertisement photo with boba in it so it was easy to assume it had it. I tried asking to add some in (I would have paid for it) but he got annoyed and barely listened to me so I walked away. Next let’s talk about the soup. I got the beef noodles. It was painfully obvious that the soup was nothing more than packaged udon noodles with hot water added to it and a couple slices of bok choy and beef all for 12$. Did I mention how oily it was? As for the “big juicy pork bun”, my friend who ordered it found a white wrapper with pink symbols on it and proceeded to inform the rest of us that the wrapping is identical to the store bought frozen pork buns you can buy for 4$ for a pack of 4. The store was selling these for 4$ a piece. The store was not clean. And the owner was rude. Need I say more? Never...

The food is consistently SO good! Delicious, fresh, and authentic Taiwanese and Chinese dishes. Those who comment the food is bad probably aren’t Asian/accustomed to authentic food. They also have a pretty wide selection of drinks and desserts, which are generally very good, fresh, and not disgustingly sweet and processed like KFT.

I rate 4 stars for 2 reasons: I’ve tried multiple green tea drinks from here, and they have an odd flavor that’s almost fishy to me. I love their other drinks, but don’t recommend any with green tea. I almost applied to work here but didn’t because they pay their employees below minimum wage and justify that with the fact that their workers receive tips. For any type of job where customers are not expected to tip, employees should absolutely receive at least minimum wage. For this reason I take away a star and highly recommend that you tip the employees (in cash) when you visit. They deserve fair pay anyway, but they have always been very kind everytime I visit.

NOW LISTEN UP PEOPLE! THEY HAVE ROACHES WALKING OVER THE ICE SCOOP! I had ordered a few times from this place using ubereats, it was good until one time I was driving by and decided to stop. the girl there was just miserable, she barely made eye contact with me, to avoid saying she ignored me... only one person doing all the orders. She took my order and continue to work. I waited over 30 mins!!!!! At last when i thought she was working on mh order, it turned out it was for someone else. I am a very patient customer but this was too much, she didnt even tell me it was going to take that long or even apologize foe the wait. Anyway that was not the worst part since i waited for such a long time i kept turning to see if ny tea was done when I saw a big roach walking on top of a scoop. I said to my self...theres no way, maybe its another insect or something i ketp loooking at it and it was the most disgusting roach ever. Dont go there please. I had to leave that...
