There's plenty of parking in the lot and a decent amount of seating inside. It is seat yourself and there are tablets at each table to order from and you can also order up front. It's a bright space, inviting, and lively! It felt very homey and cozy. There was a lot of families and groups when we came in. We got the Stir Fried Jajangmyeon and Jjampoong. The dishes came out hot and fresh with plenty of toppings in each. The flavors were incredible and delicious! The plates are pretty hefty and good for the price. There's a self-service condiment and utensils bar towards the cash register but each table also has a few things. Everything was easy to order and to get. Once you order on your tablet, be sure to pay attention to the front for your number to be put up. You go to the front and pick it up at the counter. Staff was incredibly kind and so nice! They all were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place for an authentic and delicious meal, delicious food, and incredible staff. Good place for families, small groups, casual hangouts, or just for good food.

I first met Paik Jong-won back when he was just a start up restaurateur hustling his way through the Seoul food scene, running his first jjam bong joint. I remember him chatting about plans to launch a jjajang mein spot next—ambitious even then. Fast forward, and this guy’s turned into a global restaurant empire and bona fide celebrity (Culinary Class Wars on Netflix). So when his franchise landed in Columbus, I had to make the drive up from Cincinnati. Korean Chinese food around here? Practically nonexistent. I was damn curious. Was it the same as back in Korea? Not quite. The sweet and sour pork missed some magic; the batter felt a bit off. But the spicy fried chicken? Nailed it. The black noodles leaned too sweet, yet still satisfying. The place has this odd quasi self-service setup that had me scratching my head, but the food came out fast, and the lady running the joint was straight-up friendly. It’s an experience worth the trip—Columbus, don’t sleep on this one.

The jajangmyeon and jjampong tasted great! The tangsooyuk is not as authentic as what I am used to back in LA Koreatown. I think they should work on a better system for getting your dine-in food when it’s ready to pick up at the counter. When the bell goes off and your table number is on the board, that means your order is ready to pick up at the counter. I was literally walking up to the counter to pick up the food for my table, but some random customer came in front of me and just took it and walked away! I didn’t know what to do bc I was pretty shocked at what just happened. I told the lady at the counter who brought out a new order which was great, but maybe there should be a better way of ensuring that the order at the counter isn’t just taken by some random customer.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The appetizers were absolutely delicious — the garlic soy chicken was perfectly crispy and really flavorful. The stir-fried jjajangmeyon (쟁반 짜장면) was impressive and achieved the 뿔맛 that is what we look for with jjajangmeyon! The authentic tastes must be from the 할머니 working hard in the kitchen! We also got beef jjamppong (비프 짬뽕) and it ess perfectly savory! Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked nice. There's jjajang sauce, fresh diced onions, and pickled cabbage (단무지) at a self-serve bar.

Limited drink selection and another thing to note: the ordering system is more like what you'd find in Korea. After ordering on the kiosk at the table, when you hear a chime you’ll need to keep an eye on the screen at the counter for your number. It’s efficient and gives the place a casual, fast-paced vibe. Just be ready to grab your food when your number pops up!

Overall, highly recommended for anyone who loves Korean cuisine or wants to try something new and authentic. I’ll...

Glad to see a fair amount of Koreans in this restaurant but I also assume because it just opened and everyone is testing it. Their ordering system while in restaurant can be better. I absolutely agree with everyone who has posted that the rest of dishes here are not very authentic Korean. Completely agree with those who have written reviews about some of the main dishes. I ordered the jjamppong which was pretty expensive for what it was. It's was much sweeter. I probably won't order it again unless I was super craving it. The only thing that was very authentic is their wings which does stand up to popular places like Bonchon chicken which is a chain not in Columbus yet. Basically if you want more authentic, go to the other Korean restaurants in Columbus. If you want great wings, grab them here.. a lot of the flavors are def adjusted to western tastebuds. Only reason I would order from here versus another Korean place is if it's convenient and I'm closer to this noodle place...
