Read moreThis was my first visit to an actual Panda Express restaurant, I had only been to the little hut in the PX on base. The door was open and the hours were still open, so a customer walked in before as I was getting out of the car. I noticed after he walked out they put a table in front of the door. I peek in to see if they are open and ask, I am told they are open but the lobby is closed to come through the drive thru. So I load my disabled crew back up, walkers and all. Drive around and the line is wrapped to the front of the building. My client really wanted this, so I waited. Get to the PA system, looking at the menu and realize I know the menu. So I wait then start to look around. There is a sign posted in the top left of the speaker that you would not see in a lower car unless you look that way, that says drive to the window to order. Get to the window and I am told they only have some beef and I think almond chicken, due to it is close to closing. You could have told me things were low inside before telling me to come get in your hour long line. Read moreI think you guys need a new speaker outside at the drive thru. Every time I speak to you on it, I get someone else's order?! The Kung Pao Chicken has been terrible for 2 years now. Not sure whats going on there, every time I go I see different people. Been trying to order String Bean Chicken for the past year and I always get something else cause the speaker for drive thru is broken, I don't think its picking up the "String Bean" part. I also would like to go see a Dentist but since the people in power are in power, that's not possible, so avoid the uncooked fried rice. 4 years ago, you guys were the bomb! You should look those folks up and get them to come back, with a nice fat paycheck. The Zucchini in the Kung Pao Chicken is 3 different shades. Looks like they were in 3 other batches of Kung Pao Chicken before they ended up in my Kung Pao Chicken. I used to work at Manchu Wok, I know what your doing. And the sauce, its like water... Doesn't cling to the food at all. Them drinks, 3, almost 4, dollars for a large? You might as well pack you a couple Dr Peppers on the way to work.
