Frequent customer...I purchase the 2 pc perch and crispy fry pretty regularly. Over time the quality of the fries I requested (extra crispy) diminished a bit but I still gave the benefit of the doubt because of their excellent customer service, as they continue to correct the issue when I speak to them about it. But today I came for the same meal and there was a man in the kitchen lighting a cigarette and that did it for me, I was prepared to not return. However, the owner personally reached out to me in the same afternoon to rectify the situation and explained how the mix up occured, as the person was new to the country and was unaware of specifics of cigarettes in Ohio restaurants.
