On 2/12/2025 between 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm I went to Raising Cane's in 3361 East Main St, Whitehal, Ohio 43213. I entered the parking lot the wrong way so I had to make a slight u-turn to get to the drive through speaker. I am unfamiliar with this restaurant's location and ts parking lot .There were no cars in front of me and there were no cars behind me. I pull up to the speaker and the worker said they REFUSE to serve me until I lLEAVE their parking lot , drive around the building again come back into it correctly! I declined that request and I left. The audacity that they refused to serve me until I entered the parking lot in a manner that they felt was appropriate baffles me. I was not playing loud music , did not enter the parking lot at a high rate of speed , did not get in front of anyone , I just simply had to maneuver slightly to get into a drive-thru lane . I've never been in the situation and don't understand what the issue was as I wasn't blocking anybody and I didn't cause anybody any delay to get any food because there was no one there. I went to the website and sent a message to corporate but they have...
Read moreI must be underestimating how hard it is to put in the full order... we were even asked this time if we wanted extra toast to replace the coleslaw.. we said no.. and it was still replaced. Low attention span.. inability to enter items into a POS.. or lack of care. Regardless this is ridiculous.
Can you train the employees so they know that asking for extra toast or fries does not automatically mean instead of coleslaw?
Not a huge deal first couple of times, but when I started saying, "I do still want the coleslaw though" I was treated rudely for saying that as if it wasn't needed. Yet every time I don't say it it happens.
Other than that never had any issues, but this is continually happening.
Edit 2 months later: nope.. I literally said "I still want the coleslaw" after ensuring I ordered everything else after the bulk of the order.. they are still unable to understand. I don't get why this is so difficult and why accountability is not being held. I will no longer be going to...
Read moreNot my favorite canes location. The food is good. The service not so much. Walk on with my 2 kids for an early dinner. The girl behind the register is to busy talking and high fiving her coworkers. When she finally turns to us, I greet her since she hasn't greeted us. Ordered our food to eat in. Not a clean table in the entire place. So I asked for a wet towel to clean one. The same girl behind the counter says she'll get it. She takes our food and sets it in the counter behind her, and walks away to clean the table. Someone else came out front and gave us our food that she put out on the counter. Not sure what her deal was. But clearly she wasn't thinking. She seemed angry when we walked up to the table that she cleaned. Shame... Like I said, the food is good. The front end service needs serious work. And a clean table would be nice....
