My order back in May was missing many items. I contacted the store and Mackenna, a manager, was very helpful in righting the issue. She was the only decent aspect of that visit. When I went to get the replacement order, the staff had no idea what I was talking about despite Mackenna confirming over email that it would be ready at the time I was there. Multiple people tried to convince me that a separate order I made a day prior was this replacement order. When I finally convinced them and corrected those people, the cashier took my phone to copy down the order - did not ask me to see my phone. He then demanded I pay for it. I had already told him alone three times that Mackenna was meant to place this as a covered replacement order. He kept going back to talk to her but apparently didn't get all the info he needed because he kept leaving. Everyone I talked to was visibly terse and annoyed with me despite me thinking this was a normal transaction that a very kind manager was handling.

When we got the order 40 minutes after the scheduled time, they left out the same items they forgot from the original order and we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to put those items together.

Better communication would have been helpful. Not only that, but some kindness from employees. I was bright and cheerful the whole time, as I am in my own customer service job, but they were acting like I had been yelling at them for 20 minutes.

I'm seeing a lot of responses to contact them but I won't be doing that. I tried that and it ended poorly - as seen above. Mackenna, from her emails alone, was very kind and helpful. But I won't be reaching out to this company for any more "help" if a simple solution is met with angry and...

I don't know if it's Corporate or if it's the franchisee, but the Polaris Location has disappointed several times this year. They closed down carry out and dine-in and resorted to making drive through lines that are 30-45 minute waits which causes traffic issues since the line wraps around the building, out to the main drag, and sometimes even touching the Polaris Pkwy street. Not only dangerous to traffic flow on the main road, but exceptionally inconsiderate to the other business in the plaza. I rarely take to the internet to complain, but I have about had it with whatever policy/decision was made to do this. Yesterday (Thursday the 28th of October) the establishment was closed for no explainable reason despite their ONLINE HOURS stating they were open. So I drove 15 minutes to find out they were in fact NOT open. To boot, two of my orders have been wrong in the last 2 months and I did not care to wait an additional 45 minutes to have them correct the orders, so I went home and ate what I got. If your policy doesn't change to allow carry-out and dine-in, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I don't know if it's irrational Covid fear causing these issues at this location, but I'm about done going to Cane's as a result. This garbage has been going on since...

Absolutely despise this location. I love canes and used to get it 1-2 times a week when I lived closer to the Sawmill Road location. Since moving over to this side and having to use this location, I don’t eat here frequently due to the disaster of this store. My order has been messed up beyond countless times, the food and beverage quality is never consistent, the staff think it’s appropriate to swear up a storm with families all around, and the customer service is flat out terrible. Not only this, but don’t expect “fast food” from this location! I can never make it out of the drive through in less than ten minutes. In fact, I went there tonight and waited for over 15 minutes in the drive through! They have one menu item, this shouldn’t be the case. Speaking of drive thrus, their parking situation is going to get someone hurt! I have reached out multiple times to provide feedback, but never hear anything back. Sawmill road is always responsive to feedback, quality is much better, and customer service is superb. This location is a complete joke and I’m sad it’s the only...

Raising Cane’s Chicken in Polaris is awesome if you’re a fan of crispy, juicy chicken! Their menu is simple but done right – all about their famous chicken fingers that are golden and cooked perfectly every time. The chicken is super tender on the inside, and the breading is light and crispy. They also have crinkle-cut fries, which are hot and salty, and taste great with Cane’s special dipping sauce – a zesty, creamy sauce that’s seriously addicting. Their Texas toast is soft and buttery, with just the right amount of crunch on the edges, and the coleslaw is fresh and creamy, adding a nice balance to the meal. You can get their chicken fingers in combos, like the Box Combo or the Caniac Combo, depending on how hungry you are. The staff at the Polaris location is always friendly and welcoming, making sure your order is fresh and quick. The place is clean, and the vibe is great whether you’re eating in or grabbing a quick meal to go. Raising Cane’s in Polaris is a perfect spot if you want simple, quality chicken with fast, friendly service every time!

"Chicken chicken what you lickin?" Totally inappropriate for my children in the third row of my black Chevy Suburban to hear. I asked to speak with a manager and it's been two whole minutes and no sign of anyone who could be in charge. Do these employees just run around spouting off rhymes all day like one of those rap people? Like 60 cents or whatever his name is. I am going to firmly scold the manager as soon as I see them and I most certainly will not be back to give them my business for at least a week! I'm taking my business, and my Uggs to Starbucks and enjoying a nice warm Pumpkin Spice Latte. Never be back again (for 5 days)!

I was very dissatisfied with the size of the food today. I have been going to canes about once a month for years. I got a 3 finger combo today, and the size of the fingers AND bread was very very disappointing. the toast AND fingers were both about half the size of what they normally are. I am a lot less likely to come back to this canes locations, with this experience and the line that is always wrapping around the parking lot. the canes in Delaware is a lot better than this one.
