Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Columbus

VERY disappointed in the food!!!! The french fries were cold, and not thoroughly, cooked, the Texas toast was soggy & awful, no flavor to it at all, not enough dressing on the coleslaw, but the chicken was really good. The parking lot was way to implicated to drive around in at the Sawmill Road location........I was very disappointed that I could not order chicken strips only, except as a 25 pc bundle for $27.49, or higher amount of chicken in a bundle, or I had to purchase them as a single item at $1.09 each. They should definitely have bundles / orders of just chicken fingers of less than 25 for people who are single people or for senior citizens. I wanted to order just 10 chicken fingers to take out for myself and my husband to add to the meal that I had already prepared at home. But I was told the only way to do that was order them individually. It was cheaper to buy The Caniac Combo for $10.99 meal.

I really wish I could rate zero stars. I mean any restaurant willing to give out moldy food needs to be shut down but that's beside the point. I maybe go once every few months and I always get sick after. We were sitting in the parking lot when my girlfriend found a bunch of mold on her bread. Sitting in the parking lot, we called maybe 5 times. Each time someone would answer but leave the phone off the hook. We couldn't go inside because apparently the security guards make sure that doesn't happen and the line was 40 cars long. So I threw up in their drive through and went home. I really hope someone sees this and brings that place down. I can't get passed the poorly cooked food, the old mold food, the rudeness through the window, or the fact that the inside doesn't care enough if you're throwing up on their front walk way. I mean I wouldn't expect much more from a restaurant in...

This is a Raising Cane's in a pretty busy area, with an overly complicated parking/driveway situation, so be aware of that.

Reason I'd like to give them ZERO stars is for the Men's bathroom situation...if you need to use the Men's bathroom, esp. after 5:30pm during the week, expect it to be mysteriously locked when you try to push the door open (I also knocked loudly about 10 mins. apart just to be sure). Apparently the night crew here things it's amusing to do this, then vanish from behind the counter when you're trying to find out why, or even get the food you ordered as a courtesy to the establishment for desperately needing to use the Men's room. So guys, if you eat here, make sure your bladder is going to be empty, because the night crew here could care less. Ladies, you're good to...
