Well I was very happy that I finally got my last strawberry ice cream. Only place that had it left. Don’t get your hopes up though . I took and bought the last. Went 3 days in a row because the 1st 2 days I was told that no one had cleaned the ice cream machine out after I was told and promised that those other days it would be and was also told that it would have at least a weeks worth of ice cream left and I only got 2 med. cups full. I was staying with a friend the 1st 2 days but I drove 30 min back the next day to get it and only got a little bit. The lady there who said she was the GM was very rude. I offered to pay more for the large and she said yeah you can pay for the large and we will give you the medium. I was just like it’s fine I really want my ice cream so I payed for them and waited at the other window to find that they only had 2 . I was upset because I wanted more but I guess they couldn’t help with that and then I was also not given the 2 orders of funnel cake fries that I had ordered and payed for . After driving that 30 min. The only thing I was happy about was finding the last rally’s that had the wicked strawberry ice cream . Please corporate bring it back. Don’t nobody care about no dang chocolate when you got strawberry that good. It’s a shame you would get rid of something that was so popular. Bring it back please . Ask they never answer their phone so I was drive back 30 minutes blindly knowing if they were even going to have it ready and cleaned for me to even order. Also couldn’t call back and tell them that they forgot to give me the other half of my order. Like they aren’t even that busy and have enough staff to be able to answer...

RALLYS on HIGH ST IS the Absolute WORST! LITERALLY EVERY TIME I go there after work, (for the last month), they tell me that they're taking online orders only because their system is down. If their system was down, they wouldn't be taking ONLINE ORDERS! My orders in the past have been missing items or made incorrect more often than not! So yesterday, I go early and they have nothing available that I wanted to order and then I was stuck in line. 🤷🏼♀️😒🤦🏼♀️.
RALLYS ON KARL RD I GIVE FIVE, yes 5*!! 💯👏 The staff here are always working, great communication skills, polite, if they don't have something they offer a replacement item usually free. If there was a mistake with your order, they always replace the order without any hassle. No matter how late you arrive, if it's open, then you can place an order. I absolutely love going to this Rally's. My family eats at Rallys at least once a week up to 4 times in s week. They have great prices, variety of food, wonderful desserts and I earn discounts and free items.
I hope my reviews help with your decisions. If you are craving Rally's, I definitely recommend going to the Karl Rd and East Dublin Granville (Route 161) location. It's worth the fee minutes and little bit of gas instead of going to High st and dealing with a bunch of B.s and either not getting any food or having your whole meal screwed...
Read moreI am (or was) a regular at this location. I really enjoy the food. Lots of options, and the Buford is a staple. But my most recent visit has turned me off.
We visited at around 11pm on a Saturday. Placed our order, and we were asked to pull forward. We were told the wrong amount, and then had to do two transactions so the woman running register could collect the right amount of money. Then we were told to wait in the lot for our food order. Fair enough, although I have to question the safety of such a policy in a neighborhood such as this at 11pm, but I digress... At this point, all hell broke loose. A car with four very intoxicated black women sped in to the drive-thru, presumably drunk based on the way they proceeded to harass all of the employees. They were extremely belligerent and rude towards the woman taking orders, to the point that they were asked to please leave. Of course the "customers" would not leave, and instead chose to block the drive-thru lane with their car, get out and start kicking the voice box and screaming at the employees to come out and fight. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on whichever poor employee is given the task of bringing me my order. 10 minutes later, drive-thru still blocked, angry customers everywhere, and I'm given a cold bag of food by a visibly upset manager who then got in her car and sped off...all the while her restaurant is falling apart because of unruly patrons. I took my food, called the police, and went home....
