Ravello's Coffee — Restaurant in Columbus

I was so excited to come to this place and was massively let down.

Ravello’s feels like someone saw a picture of a cool coffee shop, and then tried to describe it to someone on the phone while driving through a tunnel. The whole place is an illusion and it’s sad that the popularity of this place will draw customers from coffee shops that actually ARE cool, instead of this place that is desperate to matter.

Everything about the place feels fake. The “vibe” is so manufactured and therefore nonexistent, and I was served a packaged cookie and coffee that compared to McDonald’s… all while basically being bullied by the baristas.

0 stars. Would not recommend. Picture included of my “cold foam”. It was basically air, dust and bubbles. No barista training in the room with us.

I stumbled upon Ravello’s during my recent trip to Columbus for a conference, and honestly, it became my little haven in the city. The vibe and ambience were immaculate, and the barista, Meg, was one of the sweetest people ever.

I loved it so much that I went there both days I was in town 😄

I’m really picky about coffee and it’s the perfect blend of smooth and sharp.. never burnt. Also tried the matcha which was not too milky, not too seaweedy. Really really good. Love the uniqueness of flavors and special coffees. Actually so excited to try the new fall flavors bc I know they will be amazing. Atmosphere is great too. You can come here and study, but also hang out with friends. Lots of sitting space and it’s not cramped. Love that I can bring my stroller if needed.
