Pepperoni, carmelized onions and a side of MAGGOTS. I truly wish I wasn’t writing this right now because it has forever tainted being able to eat Romeo’s let alone any take out. Friday 6/7/24 my friend orders a Romeo’s pizza from this location and bring it back for 3 of us to eat. We eat it immediately within 5 minutes of it being picked up since we are in the area. After we ate a couple pieces we noticed fly larvae MAGGOTS on top of the pizza (if you don’t believe it look up). After gagging over the toilet friends boyfriend called the restaurant. The situation was explained to the shift manager and he insisted he couldn’t do anything and to COME IN the next day?? Is that how this situation will be handled having the people who are already inconvenienced to have to come in? We said we would like to speak to the owner within 24 hours which they said they didn’t know when the owner would come in but they would “try” to have them call us. Really no urgency to amend the situation. We said we could provide pictures. NO CALL BACK. For a situation this serious and disgusting you would think the owner would want to reach out and amend this situation. This place clearly has a food safety issues if there are so many flies that they are landing on the food and literally laying their larvae. The bigger issue may be...
Read moreI really love the Great Potato Ranch pizza (potatoes?? yeah, I know...but it is really good!) HOWEVER, the last one I ordered, the chef forgot the almonds and, had I had that one first, I never would have ordered it again. Yuck! But that was one time out of many really good pizzas. He may have been new. Customer service is efficient and polite, everything is always on time and everyone I saw was wearing a mask. Had they not been, I would have left the pizza there and called the franchise owner the following day. No mask, No Custom. Your employer's ability to pay you is worth any minor inconvenience during this pandemic, regardless of your beliefs or lack thereof. The Golden Rule: Treat others the way you want to be treated, expands to: Treat my family with the care that you want others to treat yours. I'm certain your Grandma is as proud that you care enough about her to wear a mask as I am grateful that you're willing to protect mine. I mean seriously, if people keep dying, there goes the repeat business Stay Safe...
Read moreDelivered the wrong pizza (ordered a vegetarian option, was sent all meat). When I called to correct the issue I was hung up on and lied to by two different employees who claimed to be managers, the second employee finally gave me a name for the manager but wouldn’t tell me when the manager would be working. I was polite with both individuals, the first was absolutely awful to talk with, really aggressive and bad attitude - actually glad they hung up on me so I didn’t have to keep talking with them to get help. The pizza I did receive was also poorly made (cold, cheese not all the way melted, not fully cooked), on top of that I paid extra for cheese stuffed crust, there was no stuffed crust. One of the employees told me their cheese was frozen and so they decided to leave it off. Wrote to corporate franchise to report. People shouldn’t have to go through this much effort for something as basic as pizza, bad...
