I ordered two large pizzas. One cheese, one pepperoni. The driver showed up with one pepperoni pizza so we asked them to bring the second one and they told us we were only charged for one. We told them we would pay for the second one and they said okay over the phone. After 45 minutes we called them to ask about our 2nd pizza. They had no idea what we were talking about so we explained the situation again. The person over the phone said to me "you have to make yourself understandable." Extremely rude. They asked for my credit card info again and I gave it to them. They hung up as soon as I finished giving them my information. When the driver showed up, he called me to tell me he was here. I asked the driver to bring the pizza to the front door because I have a knee brace on. He said no immediately and I said could you please bring it up here I have a bad knee. Said no again. This was the absolute worst service I've ever had. We should not have paid for the 2nd pizza and pizza delivery is absolutely supposed to bring the pizza to the door. That is the reason for the delivery fee. Management needs to be called in situations like these and we will never be ordering...

I ordered online and stopped by at the time my order was ready, and the one worker was very disinterested in serving the customers, he was just making pizzas for 10 minutes while myself and another customer stood waiting for him to talk to us. He finally looked at me and goes “yes” in a very “what do you want” way, which I personally took offense to. I then told him my name, order, time for the order I was picking up, and showed him my email confirmation, to which he asks “what app did you order it on?” I told him I did it through the website, to which he asked the same question, to which I responded “the Scicilias website.” He bites back by pointing at the ipads by the register and saying in an annoyed tone “well there’s 3 websites” as he stomped off to the kitchen where he found my order. He lightly tossed it on the counter, didn’t say anything, and walked away without giving me my drink. I ordered delivery only to call and ask about the delivery after waiting 40 minutes. I noticed the app had said the order was to be picked up. When I paid specifically for delivery.
The person told me he doesn't deliver. Only when I said I was going to cancel the order did a driver pop up out of nowhere magically. I work at a hospital. I can't leave in the middle of my shift to get lunch.
The chicken in the Alfredo is canned, bland and the pasta is too soft. Overall gross.
My salad had chicken so hard I could break a window with it. I couldn't tell if it was chicken or croutons at first. If that wasn't bad enough the salad bottom was drenched in water. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and didn't even have the option to get Caesar dressing. The ranch dressing was also watered down.
This meal cost $27 and he expected me to pick it up after paying for delivery. It's not even worth half of what I paid for...
