Update: Since my initial review, the service and experience has improved. The staff seems to be much more interactive and efficient. Updated to 5 star from 2 star.
This location has been opened for around a month now. The products and menu is your typical Starbucks menu. You can order in person, through the drive thru, or thru the mobile pick-up.
If you order via mobile pick-up, and you pick-up inside, be ready to wait forever for your drink. There's a sign on the counter for mobile pick-up but they don't use this as a COVID-19 precaution. Rather than removing the sign and rather than calling your name when your mobile order is ready, they place your order on the back counter. If you stand up near the counter for assistance, no one will acknowledge you unless you call someone out. I witnessed this this morning when a woman was tired of waiting for her mobile order and had to go up and ask for her drink.

Read moreThe guy who was in the drive thru this afternoon was so unprofessional. We pulled up and he asked what they could get started for us and my husband said we needed just a moment. The guy scoffed and said "okay", sounding confused and irritated. So we pulled out of the line even though there was no one behind us waiting at that point, just guessing this guy was going to have an attitude. While we were looking at the app to just order online, I heard him make fun of people's orders, repeatedly tell everyone it's his first day (randomly), act like he knew each person that pulled up intimately, and try to pressure people into ordering more.
My husband went inside and said this guy was on his phone multiple times while he was waiting for our drinks and kept flipping his non-existent hair around, obviously very into himself and wanting people to look at him. 🤦🏻♀️ Some of the people in the drive up line looked so confused when they were trying to order. Read moreI go to this location almost every day during the week. We usually buy for multiple people at work and we normally get really good service. Our order is barely ever defective, the staff is usually always very friendly but today the lady in the drive through (she said her name is Andrea) was very rude. She took over 3 minutes to say anything through the speaker, when i asked a question about an additional charge she started giving me an attitude. She said they were out of the dragonfruit pieces so i asked if she could just substitute it with strawberries and she still charged me extra for all the drinks. So i proceed to pay for the drinks and she hands me the wrong order, i told her it was incorrect (i ordered dragonfruit refreshers with water and she gave them to me with lemonade).
