There is a blonde ranger who works in the morning. So not get on her bad side. I asked if she could refill the dog bags. As I didn't see the one on the other side and she didn't like that.. so what does she do. As I take my dog for a walk she literally follows me There is not a single person at the rock wall no one so there is a shady bench and a tree and I connected my elderly dog to it out of the way. So she could lay in the grass as I could practice the grip bars. She waited until I set everything up. Then said I needed to be holding my dog at all times. Even though she was 2 feet from me. And now this ranger is sting in her car. Just watching me... like don't u have anything better to do?

I'm not.drinking I am literally sitting with my dog... stretching. This is what give polices officers and rangers a bad name is people like her...

So again the younger blonde hair women who works in the morning just avoid as I didn't think k I was.rude.asking her to refill some of the bags.but I guess she didn't like that... So now.. looks like I won't be coming here in the morning ing.. who follows someone around a whole metro park waiting for them to...

This place is one of my favorite parks to bring my fur baby. Although there isnt a lot of shade, a public restroom or seating for us parents. There's so much space, for so many fur babies to run, potty & play. Most of the folks I've met here are really nice & theres plenty of room for parking.

Review update. While I was at this park today, my partner filled up our fur babies water juggs from the water fountain in between the parking and park fence. We just poured some in our doggy dish & it smelt like a swimming pool....very intense chlorine smell. Ive never had this happen here before so im confused but the water definitely didnt taste good either, I tried. Not sure where that water comes from but it literally smelled like a pool that had just been cleaned...

It's a very busy park and each side (big and small) are split into two sections - the front section is astroturf and the back sections on each side are natural. The problem is the gates to the back sections are often closed/locked. The astroturf is fine for dogs that only want to engage in play but my dogs (two big, one small) much prefer to have their noses to the ground to see who's been around rather than romp around or chase a ball. It's the closest dog park to my home but I often do a U-y and leave when it's packed (often with labradoodles) or when the gates are closed to the back/natural sections. If your dogs prefer to romp around with other dogs, it's the perfect park for you! Me and mine,...

Update: I went from 5 to 3 stars after their renovation because the new spot for dogs is VERY small. The big dog area fells like maybe 1/3 of the old space when the back fence is opened. It feels constantly crowded and the turf, while nice, makes it hard to clean up after your dog. I fully recommend the small dog space because it’s more than enough. There are three separate areas. One for big dogs, one for little dogs, and a smaller area for whomever (usually used if one park is too wet). Unless it’s super busy, I highly recommend. Most people are great and watch after their dogs. Like all dog parks you will get the occasional bad owner but most of the time everyone is great and there is plenty of room.

Excellent dog park located downtown! The first dog park has two separate areas for small and large dogs. Both areas have a shared area in the middle with water access and pavilion, plus a few tables. Each separate area has a few obstacles for your pup to practice agility! There is also a completely separate fenced-in area nearby for dogs of all sizes together. No seating or obstacles in this park, but the grass was in better condition. This park can get busy so be prepared! Public restrooms available near the audubon center and near the rock climbing wall. Multiple different parking areas as well.

The dog park is pretty nice but don’t go on a day after a rain because the park will be full with mud and water ponds. There are separation between small and big dogs. The reason I gave a 3 starts is because the last time I went there, there were a few owners with their dogs that were not neutered and there are dog poop around the parks. But it is a nice dog park if you want to give it a try.
