worst restaurant experience i’ve had, me and my friend got sat at a table and were greeted but she didn’t introduce herself or anything, she seemed a bit irritated that she had too. she got our drinks then me and my sat and waited for 6-10 minutes to put our appetizers in which we already knew what we wanted from the beginning but she didn’t give us time to talk. then our appetizers come out and we already knew what we wanted to eat so we snacked and waited for a server to come back and it was about 15 minutes later that a new server, makenna, who also didnt introduce herself i only know because of the receipt, got our food order. about 10 minutes go by i decide i want to get a bar drink but we dont have any bar menus so i try and look at our server for her attention but kept getting looked at and they both (our old server who transferred us for no reason? and our new server who was still neglecting us) and i finally go to the bar for a menu after abt 10 minutes of waiting for their attention. (at this point our regular drinks needed a refill we did not get one our whole time there) and i have to wait about 6 minutes to catch our servers attention to put my bar drink in. after all that we finally get our food and our drinks are still not being refilled we finished and we’re ready for boxes and the checks. waited another 20 minutes just waiting for them to swing by so we can ask for the boxes and checks. Just don’t come here if u want good service. i don’t think i saw anyone but the people sitting at the bar getting any service at all. terrible they need to...
Read moreWe had a party of six kids. And two adults. Ava B was our server. She had the worst attitude and body language with us. She told my friend she could speak up when she requested Ava to come closer to her. She didn’t hear the order right bc it came out wrong. She had a problem coming closer to her to place her order but we observed her real close and personal with all the older men in the building. She would damn near be in the seat next to them to place their order. We talked to a manager but who knows how that conversation went. And all the host from the front desk was so nosey that wanted to hear what the compliant was. Just for them to talk about us amongst themselves. LIKE WE CANT HEAR OR SEE YALL TALKING ABOUT US. She didn’t even drop off kid color mats or crayons. I had to go get them off the front desks. We know how to tip just like the men she’s super friendly with. But she got no tip out of us bc her attitude. And my Loaded tots had blond hair in them. It was underneath all the toppings. So i ate through half before it was visible. She took it off the table but didn’t asks if i wanted a new one or not. She took it off my bill. But i would have been cool with a replacement of a half serving. Other than that. The food was good. And fresh. I understand they are younger. But they do need to stay professional. And maybe treat all their customers like we are men apparently that gives you the upper hand on better attentive customer service and guarantees a smile positive...
Read moreVery rude staff. This was my first time there. I was going to place a take out order. It took two employees over 5 minutes to enter a credit card number by hand. They said they have had problems with it all day. That was for another customer. I was wondering at this point if I wanted to order or not. The deal was sealed when two young people walked in. They were asked how old they were and they said they were 17. They were told they would not be served as you have to be 19 to enter. I asked why and they stated that it is managers rule. Then said it came from corporate. The attitude that came with what she said ticked me off more than what was said. I then closed the menu and said...well Im out because this is bull sh**. The young lady very rudely replied, okay have a nice day. Honey, I will because I wont be dealing with your nasty little attitude. I was hoping to find another nice place to eat near where I live. Well, I will not be back thanks to the rudeness of a young lady who was not wearing a name tag. Gee, I...
