Disclaimer This review is based on multiple trips to this restaurant over time, as I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with all of the staffing issues due to COVID-19.With that being said, PLEASE take your money to another Taco Bell Drive-thru Location. This location time after time, after time, after time has not only failed to get so many of my orders incorrect, but has failed to give me food items at all. One time we order a plain cheese quesadilla and some nachos, (not a hard order at all) we got home opened the bag realized 1. There was no nacho cheese, and 2. Our "quesadilla" was a grilled tortilla with nothing inside of it. On another trip, we ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito that turned out to be nothing but refried beans. One time we ordered multiple items and the employees just straight up forgot to put the rest of the order in the bag altogether. It's just extremely frustrating. I live in New Albany, I want to support the people that work in the restaurant, that's why I kept coming back, but I can't anymore, From waiting 15-20 min in the drive thru line after being the only car, only to have my order not be correct AGAIN is a slap to the face. I'll drive the extra few miles to Sunbury Road, or Stoneridge, just to hope that those restaurants can accurate fill the order. No one was rude, so I'll give New Albany kudos on that, but the constant inaccurate orders will have me going somewhere...

I had the most horrifying experience at this location when i did the drive through for dinner with my wife. we got 2 cheese quesadillas 2 soft potato tacos 2 crunch rap supremes sub the meat to rice
after i was done ordering through the drive through i asked twice to make sure that my 'entire meal was veg and none of it had any meat in it? I got a confirmation that it was all vegetarian.
Biting into the crunch wrap supreme i instantly tasted something different and i could tell it was definitely beef. considering i'm from india and finding veg food is really difficult , i make sure that my food does not have any meat in it and also ask twice after placing the order. I was really appalled with the situation and i prefer not to eat beef for religious reasons. we went back to explain the situation and had the worst experience.
They did even apologize to having put beef in my meal I asked for managers phone number and it took them more than 5 minutes to write down the phone # i asked the shift manager what his name was and he shut the sliding I was made to wait really long to even get an opportunity to talk to the shift manager. All this happened for more than 10 minutes when cars lined up behind us. They were also laughing inside the store when all of this...
Read moreThe absolute worst food Iâve ever had. I went on 11/14 and when I pulled up their soda machine was down so no carbonated drinks were available. Not a huge deal. I ordered my food for myself and 2 others and when I got the food ALL of it was wrong and what we got we couldnât even eat. We received about half of the items we ordered, which again were all cold, wrong, and disgustingly packaged (it looked like the contents were thrown in a wrapper and shaken and stepped on). Half of our order was missing, so I had to go back through the drive-thru and ask for the items which is where the manager literally slammed the window in my face as I was trying to tell her what was missing. At that point I was going to just ask for a refund because of how unbelievably nasty she was to us but she never came back to the window. Once we were handed the missing food, it was AGAIN freezing cold and grossly prepared. We decided to not even bother eating the food because I was not going to get food poisoning or food that had been likely tampered with. I have reached out to corporate to handle this and have received no response.. absolutely terrible. Usually this is the best Taco Bell in the area but recent trips have been progressively worse and after this last time I will absolutely...
