Stopped by the Honey Baked Ham in Polaris to pick up some sandwiches. The young lady who was helping us place our order seemed to be new and she was kind. Since she was new it seemed she asked for assistance and it seemed like the woman who helped her was bothered with her asking for help. It took some time to get the order correct. After receiving our order and making it home we noticed that only one of the three the sandwiches was labeled. The following sandwiches were purchased 2 of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches and one of the Roasted Turkey Classic sandwiches. One of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches did not have all the same ingredients on it as the other sandwich. There were no request for changes in the toppings for the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich. The bacon and the red onions were missing from the sandwich. My sandwich the Roasted Turkey Classic sandwich was on a croissant which is not how I have gotten the sandwhich before and it is not pictured on a croissant online. My son in law found no parking lot room for curbside pickup. Store asked if he could come inside for pickup. Well duh...kind of defeats the distancing purpose, doesn't it? Then he was told they were out of turkey! Mind you this was pre-ordered and prepaid for. He was told to come back at 1pm. He had received a text saying his order was ready. My family ordered for the grandparents so they could bring us a Thanksgiving dinner due to covid. My family is doing what they can to help lower the virus numbers. My daughter said the sides are terrible and she could buy the same thing, frozen, at the grocery store for far less. So in our opinion, this was a fail in a big way. NONE of us will return. Read moreThis was our second time working with this location and we experienced difficulties both time. The first time I tried to overlook quality of food and a very late delivery due to a death in the family. That said, there's nothing worse than your guest complaining about the food, especially when you purchase from what you expect to be a quality company. But this second time is truly unacceptable. We were charged 3 times for only 2 events. This comes down to poor management and a lack of communication. The worst was how their internal problems were turned around on me and I became the reason why my card was charged over $400 in error. False statements were made, lots of "I think" and "I don't know". Extremely frustrated at this location and myself for choosing to give them a second chance. I will not be coming back again.
