Do not recommend. We stayed one night and at first it was fine. Hotel was a bit dated but it's a "budget" hotel. When we woke up in the morning and found water coming down from the top of the window and looking more into it realizing that there is mold growing in multiple spots and that this leak is not new. Chuncks of plaster/drywall was missing from the top so it's obviously an ongoing thing. The mold was right above the ac unit so it's just blowing that all around in a room we had a baby sleeping in all night. But the worst part was the lady at the front desk blowing it off like it's was nothing. She said not to worry she let the maintenance guy know like that in anyway helps us. If I could have gave negative stars I would have.

The guest service phenomenal. From pre-booking the reservation to check out, everyone we interacted with was great. We were there with a large group for a wedding and they're very accommodating. The breakfast and pool hours were great. Each lasted a little longer than your typical time range. Breakfast was delicious and everyone in my family with happy with it. The containers were constantly being refilled so it was never empty. The rooms were clean and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. We all slept great. There were a few little things here and there that I didn't like, but the main reason I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 is that we discovered mold in and around the windows of my room. We didn't notice it until we were packing up so we didn't look at the other rooms our group were in. Before you read the remaining list of my "cons", understand that I know these are petty, just small things I think that would have made the visit better. Shower heads: I'm pretty tall and the shower head couldn't be adjusted, so it was kind of annoying to have it shooting at my stomach without kneeling over. Pool and towels: The towels supplied at the pool were too small. Needed 3-4 to just dry myself off. Pool temp was a little cold for an indoor pool. My kids were in for a few seconds and were done. Couldn't get used to the temp. Room amenities: My coffee pot was missing so I couldn't make coffee in my room. I probably could have asked for one, but wasn't in any dire need of coffee. I just walked out to the lobby and filled up at one of their pumps that were kept filled at all times. I booked a room with a fridge so we could store my baby's food and bottles, but there was no fridge. Used our cooler and ice from...

And to respond to the hotels comments is this. If you don’t have a problem paying for a room and was told that parking on the street in front of the hotel is fine and then getting woken up in the middle of the night and having to move an 1/8 down the road and walk back because you wouldn’t ask a box truck to move then I don’t know what is wrong with you. You didn’t have a problem getting my husband out of bed to move but you wouldn’t ask the box truck to move because you didn’t want to bother him?! This could have been avoided if the small box truck was asked to move into the lot and let my husband park on the side of your driveway. But yet again another hotel that doesn’t run the way it should. Just think about the next time you go to use your toilet paper or buy anything from a store that if it wasn’t for truck driver you wouldn’t have anything! The room is very nice and when I called to reserve the room for my husband they were very nice. The reason I am giving them a 1 star is because of their parking situation. My husband is a trucker and he pulled into their lot and parked out of the way. He was told to move out onto the street, which he was told and I heard the conversation, and that they owned it and he could park there without a problem. The cops got my husband out of bed and told him that he had to move. The hotel would not let him park on their lot and he had to park an 1/8 mile away and walk back to the room. To all the truckers out there Do Not Stay Here!! We are very disappointed with this experience and will never be back to...

We take the kids to this hotel several times each year. It is in a great location with plenty to do around the area. The only complaint I have was, when we book a hotel, we are looking for a swimming pool for the kids and hot tub for us. We always book hotels that offer both. This hotel has a nice pool and small hot tub. The hot tub was drained and out of order this stay. I should have asked when I booked the hotel, but also fell like the person at the desk, who I talked to the day before and the morning of check in, should have mentioned that. I know this is not usually mentioned upon check in. This has happened to us at other hotels in the past and we just go somewhere else. We chose to stay this time, as we had been there several hours before we noticed the hot tub was closed. there was also a sign at the front desk, but it wasn't up when we checked in. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will stay again. I will remember to make sure the hot tub is working before I book the reservation though.

One other thing...in this hotel, there is not a fridge and microwave in each room. Rooms that have them are $10 more than rooms that don't. We stay in hotels several times a year and haven't noticed this anywhere else. Almost every hotel we stay at has a refrigerator and microwave in each room. Not sure why I have to pay more for it. On past occasions, when the hotel wasn't full, they have moved us to a room that has those things for...
