I came here to get a new screen protector after getting one of a different brand from AT&T that was horrible. I talked to two guys (both named Alex) and they were both very friendly and helpful. I had originally planned on getting a regular glass screen protector for my Galaxy S7, but they gave me honest feedback about issues customers had with that product and recommended one that would work better for a similar price. The whole thing was very quick and I was done in less than 10 minutes. The warranty is very simple, as they explained it. If you need a replacement within 30 days, it's free. After that, the screen protector itself is free but there is a $7 service fee, and they reminded me to bring in the screen protector that's being replaced because they need it back to replace it under the warranty. I think it's important that I include that because I work in a customer service job myself and find it obnoxious that the other reviews about "bad customer service" seem to be mostly people who didn't like the warranty and wanted an exception to be made for them. The woman who applied my screen protector did the worst job I’ve ever seen. It was completely off-center and crooked, with the protector literally sticking off the left side of my phone. There was dust, hair, and multiple air bubbles underneath, as well as along every corner and edge. When she handed it to me, I was so concerned I had to ask her to redo it TWICE. Even then, it was still terrible.
Finally, the male employee stepped in and tried a third time, but they didn’t even start with a new screen protector. Now my screen still has dust, hair, and bubbles trapped under it.

It was clear to me while I was there, these critics were emotional about there $7.52 service fee charge. While Zagg says free replacement, that is only free if you want to mail and wait!
