I can’t wait to share how I felt when I pulled up here to the drive thru before my daughter’s doc appointment. I was thirsty and needed something to drink. As soon as pulled up, I could barely hear the sound because it’s very noisy in the mouth piece. He said he just have coffee, tea and soda. I asked if he can make an iced coffee multiple times but I could barely hear him, he was talking very low. After repeating myself few times I finally heard he’s asking me to go to the window since I couldn’t hear him. He literally scolded me that he kept asking me to pull up to the window but why I couldn’t hear him. I did explain that I’m sorry if I heard him, I’d go to the window. However after pulling up to the window, waited for at least 5 minutes and keep calling if anyone is here. I saw him right there but he wasn’t coming. Finally he came and I asked if he asked me to come to the window, why he kept me waiting. He started being extremely loud and screaming at me that he asked me 20 times to go to window and why I didn’t hear him. He was saying I made him yell at me. I did say sorry but all of a sudden while I was explaining, he closed the window on me. I’ve no words how to explain what and how I felt from his behavior. My daughter was also in the car and I couldn’t explain what had exactly happened when she asked me why did he closed the window on my face. I a resolution to this incident. If I have to, I’d reach out to corporate office about this. Not expecting this behavior at all. It’s insulting especially in front of a child. The date is June 9th 2023 between 3:00 to 3:30 pm. I’m sure the management can find who’s working during this shift. Will be waiting to hear back from Tim Hortons…

Read morewent there with my boyfriend today because he likes to get a daily cup of coffee and we have been coming to this location most weeks. upon walking in an employee with a beautiful necklace and spacebuns greeted us with a bright smile but soon the tone shifted.
As we went to order an older lady with braids and her arm wrapped up (who i can only assume was the manager) was very rude. My boyfriend ordered two donuts and a coffee to-go however the lady had apparently not heard him on the second donut when he went to ensure his order was correct she said, "you didnt order anything else" in a very demeaning tone.
After ordering we sat in a far corner and waited for our order, my boyfriend gave me a peck on the lips - not making out, not even a hug - and she said, "they have hotel rooms for that, dont do it in here." Firstly, is PDA illegal?? No. So mind your business. Secondly, why are you even watching us when youre behind on orders & seem to have a problem with us anyways?? Just incredible to feel so targeted in a way I have never felt before.
To top it all off, she did not add flavoring to my boyfriends vanilla latte.

So at the window the old woman Jess apparently the name of the cashier is in a rush to cash me out then I told her her that I wasn’t done ordering and told her I needed a sandwich, she then goes and tell me I ask you if that was all you needed bla bla bla. So running her mouth so I got my timbits and a cold croissant. I love when my service is fast and food is right love it.
