I had a really bad experience. Every moment of each interaction was painful.
At the drive through, I asked what the size options for Timbits were and before I could finish the sentence the worker was interrupting. OK fine, I can get over that. She abruptly tells me to pull up to the window.
Now I’m at the window and I’m being served by 3 different people. She sticks her hand out the window without speaking so I hand her my credit card. She hands it back, no receipt with the card or with my order. Then I have to ask for my coffee. One person goes to get it, one says pull up and wait somewhere in the parking lot. Then I hear someone yell for me to wait at the window so I do that. Every moment is just strange.
I open the bag. It’s missing the hash brown. The biscuit the sandwich was on is completely falling apart. I tried to take a bite and it crumbled into immediate pieces so I just gave up.
I don’t typically leave reviews but I have never seen a 5 minute interaction go so badly….and then the end result being basically inedible food.
I’d say don’t go here unless you want to feel like you’re inconveniencing the employees and want to spend money on food you can’t eat and even if you could, I’m not entirely sure...
Read moreEvery morning I stop here when in town and I must say they're is an older lady that is always on point and my drinks are exactly as ordered, however on her days off I keep getting served by a lady named TK, and every single time my coffee is absolutely horrible! Complete garbage Always tastes burned and bitter not sure if she is pouring before the brew is done or what but it's unacceptable! This morning I witnessed her trying to clear the sugar machine work a long spiral metal rod and when that didn't work she then chose to rip open sugar packets " most of which went all over the counter and not in my coffee" maybe we should clean our equipment or have a little bit of care for her job! I will be back and if my order is prepared by the older lady I will gladly pay if it's the above mentioned worker I will gladly drive away and go to the location off of olentangy she can drink that nasty coffee at that point! Management I'd get your workers educated as to why this is not acceptable and if you as owners/Management see this type of service as acceptable I hope you end up closing your doors as you are giving the TH brand a...

I had gone in a few times, and had poor experiences. It's bad enough they don't have Strawberry Doughnut Holes, which is not as big of an issue as their customer service. I had mostly just blown off my few bad experiences until I was talking about how great their doughnut holes are with a friend. I mean seriously, these Canadians have jelly filled deliciousness figured out. My friend brought up their terrible experience with Chuck. They had gone in, and overheard some extremely vile sexist and homophobic remarks from him behind the counter. My friend decided to stop going to this particular Tim Hortons, and is very excited for the new Dunkin Doughnuts in Columbus. My experiences, short of ridiculous wait times and short rude window clerks are to be expected. However, one particular experience stands out in mind. Aside from them being incredibly rude and short over the intercom, they messed up my order and gave me the wrong coffee and putting meat on my sandwich! I asked them manager (Chuck), and showed him the receipt but he refused to replace my order. Don't waste your time at this...
