Here is the context. I go to this location at least twice a month because my son loves the burgers. This particular instance I ordered a combo meal chicken classic sandwich, and when I got home and got settled I went to take a bite of the sandwich and found that it was the spicy one which I cannot eat spicy food because it affects my lymphedema. I called the store and spoke with a manager and explained the issue and then I was told to bring the sandwich back for a replacement. I told him I was settled and did not feel like coming back at this time. He took my name and told me he put my name in the their book and to come back when I’m ready to pick up my replacement sandwich. Few weeks went by and on my way home from rollerskating I remembered my food credit. I went to request my replacement sandwich, and of course the manager, John, stated my info was not in their book and he refused to honored what was told to me previously asking me who did I speak to so I figured it must of been either him or someone else, but he expected me to remember that, plus he told me I needed the receipt, in which I was not told I did not the receipt because whoever I spoke with told me my name was being logged into this so call book. Then I ask for his regional manager contact, and he refused to give that info as well. So his thought process, even though I would not known of this so call book unless I spoke with a manager which he explained that he would look up the info, could not use critical thinking to conclude that maybe whoever I spoke with may have forgot to document my info. He just concluded that I came to their to fleece them for a $7.00 sandwich....
