Wingstop — Restaurant in Columbus

9/16/2017 Let me start with saying, I hate writing poor/negative reviews, but with this experience and with the experiences I've had in the past with this location, I have to. I had Horrible service this day. Plain and simple. I Ordered online, when I arrived to pick up my order (on time) the gentleman got my info and told me it would be just a couple minutes. I sat at a table close to the counter and waited 10 minutes, nobody acknowledged me afterward. There was a lot of foot traffic through the door and only 1 person at the register along with 3 or 4 on the cook line. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, figuring it was mid day Saturday. After 15 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgement, I went to the counter. I waited at the counter for another 5 minutes, eye contact was made but no one asked if I needed anything. I finally got ahold of one of the line cooks and she asked if I was waiting and what order. I told her and she went to check, they had never started it... Granted, they got it together after another 5 minutes but I waited 30 minutes on top of my order ready time and 10 minute drive. Nothing was offered to me, no apology no nothing. I am very unhappy with this visit. I hadn't been to this location in about 2 years, but it has gone way down hill sense it first opened. 2 years ago the service and workers were top notch, very friendly and very fast/efficient. This time, not at all. Food quality is mediocre, at best. Not sure what happened here but I'm greatly disappointed. For not having many dedicated chicken wing spots around this area, you'd think WingStop at Northland would be on point. I'll go out of my way to go to...

this is for sure the best wing stop central ohio, but it's still not amazing. i want to be completely honest with my review. The man who took my order at the register had earbuds in and clearly couldn't hear what i was saying. He mistook what i was saying while the woman behind him clearly heard me. Also, he was lazy. he didn't take the drinks off my order like i asked, nor did he add my extra ranch. while i sat and waited for my food i watched him "sweep" the floor and he missed a lot of things on the floor. The same lady from before was kind, and reassured me while i was waiting that my food would be coming soon. the food itself is just ok. The fries are over cooked on the outside and undercooked on the outside, it tasted and felt like i was eating a raw potato. the wings were covered in sauce and seasoning, which is great! they tasted fine as well. i got bbq, 2/5 spicy, and hot honey rub, 3/10. the hot honey wasn't spicy but the bbq was? so that through me off, but the ranch makes everything better. also their ice machine was out of ice. i ordered at 9 pm and they close at 12 so i don't know why that would be. overall my...

This place is absolutely filthy! You can't even tell its a newer building in that section. Even the sidewalk is disgusting in front of the store. Customers that came in after us and placed walk-in orders, were served before us. The pop macheine was sticky, pop splilled everywhere and only water was spraying out of the macheine. All the tables were dirty. The floor had a grease film on it making it slimy. I have never seen such poor management! I can't believe I even ate the food! Anyway, my food came out within 5 mins however my daughters took over 30 minutes and she was asked 4 times what she ordered. We each ordered 10 wings with fries, separately so they were very simple orders to fill!. Being a head cook myself with managerial skills, I expected decent service in a clean establishment and I don't think thats too much to expect! Especially when the menu is as simple as wing stops menu is! I truly hope Wing Stop takes the nessasry measures to get this place cleaned up and provide better training bc I wont be back...
