Dolly's Pizza Commerce Twp. — Restaurant in Commerce Charter Township

My kids love this place, my wife and I are pretty "ok" with it. They do seem to be wildly inconsistent. They never beat the estimated 45 minute wait when ordering online, but they've been quite late a few times. Recently waited two and a half hours before I went to the store to cancel my order in person since their phone and computers were down apparently. Consistency is key when I'm ordering out and this place just doesn't have it.

**Update 3/2 - I had this place charge me twice for an online order. My wife stopped to pick up the pizza and the kid behind the counter wouldn't budge that it hadn't been paid for. She was forced to pay again. It took me calling three times before I finally got ahold of a manager. I will say once I got to that level, the manager was very helpful. He escalated the situation and they're expected to issue a refund... albeit in 5-7 days.

**Update 3/16 - No refund. I've been trying to contact their franchise location, but they apparently don't have voicemail set up on the main line. At this point, not sure it's worth wasting any more of my time over $30. We won't order from Dollys again.

Purchased a rib, anti pasta salad and two whole italian grinders. The food was awful, they are so stingy with the ibgredients. The grinders are nothing like the grinders that were served at the old location in near Troy. Crumbs of italian sausage were used, very thin and few slices of ham and salami were used. I asked for extra peppers and that is what the sandwich taste like tough bread and peppers. Hardly any mushrooms, bell peppers, onions or lettuce were on the sandwich, oh and cheese. They are not skilled on making this sandwich, didn't think the difference from one location to the next would be such a major difference. The anti pasta salad was almost anti meat and everything but lettuce, they are so stingy so much lettuce hardly anything else. They act as if they will go out of business if the balance out the ingredients. The rib taste like it was soaked in salt, salt was all throughout the rib that hardly had any sauce on it. The best thing was the fries. I would not recommend this restaurant for those foods. Three of us aye the food and all three of us were running to the bathroom. SMH, that s food was not cheap,...

Extremely rude and unprofessional managing staff, went in to complain about their driver getting next to me in the entrance where oncoming cars enter the Plaza because he was impatient about me not turning during rush hour, another car pulled up into the middle lane so he was blocked from doing the extremely illegal move he was trying to pull instead of reversing to let the car in (god knows why he thought it would be okay to do this) he pulls into oncoming traffic almost clips my car, almost clips the car in the center median while another car has to slam on their breaks to avoid hitting him swings around the car in the center median and almost collides with a car in the furthest lane. When I went in to express my concern to the managers for the safety of everyone on the road I was laughed at and told by the driver it was the person in the medians fault, I'm sorry but you have to abide traffic laws and blocking an entrance and pulling a move that almost caused a five car collision is entirely your fault. Will not ever give them business and neither will anyone I've talked to about it! Professionalism and safety...
