We are in the middle of moving so there hasn't been a lot of eating in our new house just yet. Last Friday I was unpacking and realized I didn't have quite everything I needed to cook dinner. Pizza to the rescue!! First pizza (gluten free for my youngest child) looked good. Second pizza looked like whoever cut the pizza was blindfolded. Third pizza wasn't cut at all. I'm not one to complain unless necessary and usually I would've just grabbed our pizza cutter, except the whole in the middle of moving thing and not having our pizza cutter. I knew better than to try to use a knife. I didn't want to call but wanted to figure out how not to waste these pizzas and how to cut them. I spoke with Kevin who is AWESOME!! We chuckled and he made no excuses and asked me to let them make it right. I declined a couple times but he insisted that they want to live up to their name and service. In the meantime, he told me to use shears (thankfully I had my knife block) and not to use a knife (big mess) and to go ahead and let me kids munch on the pizzas we had until they could bring new pizzas. I honestly felt so silly calling but I'm so glad I did. Kevin, thank you for not only being helpful so we didn't have to waste food, but also for not acting like I was being ridiculous for calling, and for getting it more than right the second time!! Read moreI would love to give it a 5 star rating because normally I always get great service and food here but tonight was differently. I ordered curbside and arrived about 30 mins after placing my order. Now, I’m parked out front and I clearly can see they are extremely busy! I notified the store I was there. I waited about 15 mins and decided to call to see how much longer it would be (if it was even done or not because I saw how busy they were) I believe her name was Veronica that spoke to me on the phone. She was very unpleasant. I stated I had a curbside and I was wondering how much longer it would be as I had been waiting about 15 mins. Before I could even finish she states “well I’m in the back i don’t know. We’ve been really busy” I understand completely as I’ve been sitting here for 20 mins now watching how busy it was. She brings out my order & doesn’t say a word to me or even confirm it’s me. As she walks away she’s shaking her head. Extremely unprofessional. I’ve never had a bad experience here and it’s unfortunate as this is one of my fav places to get pizza. I understand it was busy & how overwhelmed it can get, but your customer service still needs to stay a high priority. Hopefully her day...

I got tossed off with the first girl that answered saying she was done and then Jared acted like i was a psycho karen on the phone. Like i said. Ive been in their shoes. Im not about to be rude and the food was fantastic! I only called because the order was wrong. Delicious. But not what i asked for. And since it was repeated back to me i expected it to be right. I wasn't asking for a redelivery just a credit for what id ordered and not gotten. Maybe a note to do better next time in my file since they'd already messed up 4 times before and THIS TIME i was sick of it. And i always tip 10 or more. You'd think. I could get an accurate order.
