I placed a to-go order from Applebee’s on September 11th, spending $54. Despite my hesitation due to previous poor food quality experiences, I was reassured that I wouldn’t encounter any issues this time. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived extremely rare. The shrimp on top was cold and tasted like it had been cooked on a previous day. To make the meal special, I also ordered two pecan blondies with ice cream for my wife and me. However, the ice cream was missing from both desserts. I called to express my dissatisfaction, and the manager suggested I drive back across town to get the ice cream. Considering the distance, my food would have been even colder by the time I got back. After expressing my frustration, the manager offered to refund the ice cream. Still not satisfied, I mentioned I would contact corporate, at which point she assured me that the entire order would be refunded and apologized. Today, on September 13th, I received an update from my debit card company stating that instead of a refund, I was charged even more. This is beyond unacceptable. I am extremely irritated and expect this issue to be resolved immediately, or I will take my complaint to social media.

I do not recommend the all you can eat special (wings, shrimp, riblets). 2 of our party of 5 ordered these. Portions are small and take at least 10 minutes for any reorders. The manager was not helpful and almost defensive- obviously everyone was complaining at other tables- although she did offer to reduce the bill (which we did NOT accept - we paid for the bill as we ordered it, but expressed concerns of our waiting for reorders, only to received 4 shrimp on the plate. Boneless wing reorders came with 4 very dry wings (of which he didn't eat so he could show the manager. She said they were sitting under the heat lamp too long and she would remake them in 5 minutes (ok... so why did the reorders consistently take 10- 12 minutes before? ) The riblets were mostly flat bones with no meat - hard to eat. Really felt sorry for the wait staff because obviously Management directs them to handle the al-l you- can- eat reorders this way. Food looks nothing like the menu shows either.. Bad for business. We had not been to Applebee's in a while....We will not be going back anytime soon. 😒

I only enjoyed the Buffalo Wings, the chicken quesadilla, and Pepsi. I tried it, and I didn't care for the restaurant. The service was good. Me & three of my family members went here this past Friday night and when I tell you service WAS horrible! We waited about 15 mins to get drinks and before our server (Genetta believe her name was ) could even take our order again another waitress brought out a second drink not even 5 mins later (knowing it’s gonna be watered down or wasted) , then our server came over we ordered 2 appetizers and everyone ordered a salad that’s all that was ordered (told the waitress we all wanted ranch none of the specials dressing that come with the salads just PLAIN ranch!) My husband ordered an extra serving of chicken for his salad , when the food came out my husband didn’t receive any extra chicken he actually had less that what everyone else received (I know sometimes we forget we just asked for the extra chicken again no biggy!) when he got the extra chicken it was one single chicken tender that they later charged us ($5 for) and mind you at this point our server hasn’t been back it’s been different servers each time coming to the table then me and one of my family members didn’t get the regular ranch which we specifically said! and again no biggy we just ask for it anyways . well it took so long to receive anything we just asked for to go boxes and we’re just gonna take it home to finish it…. this is where things really about start to take a turn the boxes they gave us were the smallest to-go boxes any of us have ever seen (mind you we ordered the big salads , no the little side salads) we just laugh and say can we have extra boxes as we know this isn’t all gonna fit and we go ahead and let another server know we’d take the check and it would just be split into 2 checks ….. the checks were wrong 3 different times! NOT once but 3 each time different things were taken off but yet the price would increase 🤣 they charged us for double of everything it literally took the whole wait staff to fix our tickets (30 mins later) and our original server blamed it on her manager but how do you blame anyone else when you haven’t been back to your table but once since we ordered to know what is even going on …. We finally call the manager over for help , she still doesn’t understand what is truly going on and just kind of laughs about it

Needless to say I won’t be back , we were still overcharged we were just so tired of going back and forth and arguing with different wait staff … we paid whatever the final price was and left ! 0/10...

I truly am very disappointed with my last visit to this Applebees location, especially since my family and I really loved going here. I’m not sure how the service and food declined since November (Our last visit) but it was really terrible! On Sunday, we decided to take my daughter there for her birthday (at her request) and we left disappointed. It all started with one of her orders not being available, which was quite strange because all it consisted of was fries, cheese and bacon, foods that were noticeably being served all around. My husband decided on the all you can eat, which literally consisted of about 10 fries and 5 pieces of shrimp that were both very cold and soggy. His second option was no better with 4 tiny boneless wings. I mean these meals were so pathetic looking! Mcdonald’s kids meals are 100% better looking and tasting! My daughter’s meal was no better because they served her chicken that had not even been warmed up! I told her not to even dare eat it! My other daughter didn’t even get any dressing for her salad after asking twice and they forgot her breadstick. I mean it was pure disaster in there! And to top it off, we asked for napkins and the waitress told us there weren’t any! They had run out! Why are you even open?! What restaurant doesn’t have any napkins! That’s a bare necessity at a restaurant! My husband had to run to our car to grab napkins so that we could wipe our hands. The manager clearly doesn’t care one single bit about the situation as her response to our concerns was very rude and not empathetic at all. Her reply was to refund for my daughters inedible chicken, which I clearly let her know, that it was not necessary. It was not about the money but about the principle. I just wanted to avoid someone else receiving cold chicken. In the end she did refund a whopping $3. Unfortunately my daughters birthday dinner was ruined and our favorite restaurant has been tarnished. We definitely will not return there again but I certainly do hope that whoever owns this place takes note that they lost some very faithful customers and I hope that they do make the necessary changes to make this establishment...

Service was confused. No one knew who was taking our table. First waitress came and got our drink order then a second came and when we told her we had ordered already she commented that that one didnt know she had been kicked out. Rude enough of a comment as is but her tone was not nice. We order and 2 of the 3 items were not right. One burger was over cooked and my salmon was why over cooked. I took one bite and it just was not going to be enjoyable. You can see the black grill marks on both sides of the salmon. They were prompt with the manager and the manager agreed so off the check it comes. I was trying to eat healthy and did not want another item. I asked to finish my sides though because we had been at a music festival all day and I had not eaten. OK so we get the check and I ask if it can be split up. The waitress reacted badly to this and I can tell at this point she has a tude. I don't care so much because whatever. The 3 way split check comes and I had ordered water but was charged with sweet tea. I asked it get fixed. She makes an overtly smart toned comment that my bill is zero. Lady I did not ask to get brought a piece of disconnected tire tread for dinner. I actually wanted that fish but if you are any indication of the overall abilities of that place then I understand why the food sucked. Sorry I was not pouring sugar down my throat and my bill was nothing. Perhaps if you had done YOUR JOB and observed the food before it was brought out a new dish could have been prepared. So yeah this place stunk up the otherwise...
