Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Concord

Not Impressed me and my fiancé had a night away lastnight without our children so we wanted to sit together a quiet time just us . There was a table of like 20 mindless kids disrespectful well it took forever for our drinks to be nasty I have a feeling that the drinks were done but sat becuz we literally waited so long the ice was melted And i couldn't stomach it ok so then we waited another crazy amount of time to get the our appetizers And when they came they also seamed old not fresh weren't good none of it I literally spent 73 dollars on trash food we literally said we should have picked McDonald's . So then a forever amount of time goes by and food isn't there can't hear each other trying to talk because the immature disrespectful kids like 10 feet next to us our dinner finally arrives and you know How when something has sat a while the sauce like thickens and starts to dry out well that was how my Alfredo was I took Maybe 4 bites I almost choked because of how thick and dry the noodles were I was real annoyed before now, I was just on the verge of telling people off the immature brats left the table next to us and a couple people start cleaning that table well a male worker for some reason is slamming the dishes on the table and just being Uber loud and disrespectful, I was so annoyed and hungry. Absolutely unacceptable. Applebees concord NH literally will never get my business again the waitress didn't seam like she wanted to even be at her own job. So I literally had a full plate of Alfredo and couldn't eat it my fiancé ordered the whiskey burger well done and it was bright pink but he was so hungry he ate it anyway I literally couldn't or I would have choked on it I should have said something to a worker but we were so annoyed and appalled at how this restaurant used to be awesome. So I ended up going back to our hotel room we had for the night for a night away from our children ...... I should have been offered my money back atleast ok it's ok something seams shady ......WARNING WARNING beware of this Applebees location promise u will Enjoy McDonald's...

First I would like to say that I have never left a review about anything, usually I just won't go back. Normally if I'm unhappy with a visit its either the food was not good or cooked how I asked or the server was not friendly. but here it was all of the above, So I feel like I need to voice it. I was VERY unhappy with my visit. First The waitress wasn't friendly, she didn't check to see if our drinks needed to be refilled. Which my son's did, I ended up giving him my drink. Our Steak was not cooked how we asked. We asked for med-well and it was bleeding. My son's food was NOT fresh at all. We ordered an appetizer and received it 10 minutes after we had already gotten our meal. Which was really a waste because at that point we didn't eat it. Then to top it off , I got the bill which was $41 dollars and some change. I left my card on the table to be charged. My card was returned with a new receipt which was almost $48 dollars. I didn't want to complain about 7 dollars especially since she never gave me my original receipt back so I couldn't prove it but the 2 other people with me saw the original receipt as well and it was for $41. Not the $48 that I was charged. It's not about the money it's the principal that I wasn't aware what I was actually being charged. I had not been to Applebee's in years (usually go to Fridays) and will not...

I get no pleasure giving a negative review to Applebee's, I used to be a fan but, after the last few experiences I haven't left me with much of a choice. The most recent experience we ordered delivery online, so frustrating and so slow! We each chose a 2 for $22 a choice of an appetizer and 2 entrees. After an hr and a half of waiting and the website telling us our food was already delivered, we found our delivery man (who had already been tipped) only by walking to the apt building next door... they had been given detailed directions specifying a tan house with a 2 car garage! I let it go though. Then when we sat down with our meals, I found that my order was wrong! And of course I had no one to explain it to, no one to fix the mistake. Frustrated, I let that go too. When we started eating I quickly realized that we payed far too much for the quality of food we received. Our order was wrong, delivered late (if you can call it delivered) and not only cold but, so incredibly greasy that I was covered with one bite! And I like a greasy burger too! The whole experience was particularly frustrating since I couldn't even find any way to give my feedback whatsoever! Needless to say next time we wanna spend that much money on a meal, we won't be leaving it to chance with...
